First class professional service from start to finish. We cannot recommend this company enough. We used Carrs for our wedding in June of 2018. The service we received from our initial enquiry was prompt and professional and this set the tone for the service throughout our dealings with them. The staff on the day both coach and specifically the Chauffeur driver (Bentley car hired - wow what a luxurious car) were very professional polite and chatty. My wife and father in law spoke highly of the chauffeur and I can only agree at midnight his level of service was just the same as he returned us to our honeymoon suite.There is no better operator in the area and the prices were spot on also. We did a car hire through Carrs to do a day trip in the Highlands. Michelle was phenomenal in getting everything lined up. We didn’t know exactly what to expect being from the states and if we would have a guide or just a driver. Then we met Iain who was one of the loveliest people you could have the pleasure of meeting. We spent the whole day with him and he was amazing! He recommended stops and locations as well as explained local history. I can’t rave about him enough. We would 100% go through Carrs again.

Overall a great service but your driver with the white messy hair and large build needs more customer service skills training especially when doing the hospital run a smile would go a long way to make someone feel better he’s certainly not a good advert for your company

Spot on service from Callum, cars were on time, picked everyone up and delivered to the church and venue with professionalism..Very competitive price wise, cars clean and well kept, drivers were personable and had a bit of chat about them, particularly to me and my daughter whilst en-route to church, highly recommended...

A five star service and a five star vehicle! We booked Carrs Loch Lomond for our wedding 4th August 2018 and the level of service was phenomenal. The chauffeur driver did absolutely everything he could to make sure we were looked after whilst we were having our photos taken (even at one point holding onto a bouquet for me!). The Bentley we had hired was beautiful and the mini bus was new, clean, comfortable, and got our guests to where they needed to be in perfect time!

This company let me down on my Wedding Day leaving 50 of my guests stranded in Glasgow after the ceremony. We were told a puncture. But my guests waited 1hr 15 mins on a rainy day for a replacement coach to take them from Glasgow University to Ingliston Country Club. Was it a double booking my guests were asking as it took so long for a replacement. The boss, Callum, told my mother during this delay to just order 12 taxis and seemed at a loss to be in a position to rectify the situation!!!! She and I were left mortified in front of our guests. This delay had a knock on effect on our drinks reception which was cancelled for many of our guests. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth when I heard on the grapevine the same excuse was used at a previous wedding the week prior to mine. How can TWO BRIDES be left in this situation!!

Brilliant service ! Booked a car for my wedding. Driver turned up in plenty of time and was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We booked 2 cars on the 15th of Feb 20 for our daughters wedding. It was the worst weather possible really heavey rain. Never have i met two more helpful or pleasant men. The two drivers were a fantastic asset to any business. Nothing was too much trouble thank you both so much.

I booked a Beauford for my wedding day. The car was lovely and the driver was nice. They lose a couple of stars for stating that a bottle of bubbly was complimentary in the £300 hire cost and it I had no bubbly on the day from them. The same goes for the trial run before the wedding upon booking that is advertised on the website. Would have went with a cheaper service I had an enquired with at £200-250 for an identical Beauford if I knew the advertised additions were a farce.
