Jessica is amazing her voice and words totally put you in a place you feel relaxed and more importantly safe. After listening to her session I am ready to take on anything. I have just finished a course of therapy with Jess and I personally found it extremely helpful. Jess is calm in her approach, in that she considers what method would be best to implement depending on what you bring to her. She allows you to talk and hears your every word. I felt I was given what I needed as opposed to Jess just trying anything in that session. If you're considering seeking Jess for some therapy - DO IT! You won't regret it.

Jess has really helped me to identify some old patterns of thinking that have been holding me back.I found some of the exercises quite difficult but Jess clearly explained the process and then worked with my responses and reactions in a very individualised way. I am bowled over by how effective these techniques are in enabling change.Jess works very hard on her client's behalf and is both structured and intuitive (a winning combination) in her approach. I highly recommend her.

To be honest I wasn't sure this was the right treatment for me or if it would help/work but even my first initial chat with Jess she reassured me and was confident she could help in some way and I'm pleased to say she has! She's the most friendliest person and is a massive support to me. She has truly helped me.

Jess is just fantastic. She is so calm, non-judgemental, open and both listened and heard me. I loved how she was constructive and keen to make positive changes with me. With the work she did with me, her approach was goal set, practical and constructive which I found helpful. She was quick to help me identify what it was I would benefit from working on and she helped me overcome this. Even after our sessions ended she continues to offer support and encouragement. I can not recommend enough.
