Only company I could find who would even attempt to repair a fridge in the area. So glad I did as arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed the fault, ordered the parts and repaired it. It now runs much better than it did when it was new. Excellent service and very knowledgeable.

Fred came the day after I first contacted him to replace the fan element.Turned up as promised between 12 & 3. Fast efficient repair, had the part in his van.Would definitely use Fred again and would recommend.

Emailed on website. No response. Emailed direct and got an appointment for my washing machine repair. Waited in but no show! Not even an email or phone call. Sent an email to say how disappointed I was but surprise, surprise - no response. Don't waste your time unless you're not n a hurry and can hang about until he decides to turn up!!!

Would leave no stars if allowed.Absolute time waster, have been messed around by him for days.Would still be sat here with no cooker if it was left to him.If you want someone reliable, that gets back to you when he says, and turns up when he says he will, call fenland appliance repair.
