Save yourself some hassle, go somewhere else. They double charge you, then switch off your internet saying you havent paid. Spend ages on hold before get to speak to a human being, who cannot really be bothered to help you. Avoid them!

Zero stars!!! Avoid!!We have had two days without the Internet now, called twice yesterday and was told someone would ring us back - never happened. We have rang another 4 times today and each time get told someone will ring back. We have tried the online help service and had nothing back! We had no problems when we were with Purebroadband before you took over. Please can you sort this out as soon as possible or I will be cancelling my direct debit and telling everyone how shocking your service is! Can't belive your phone lines are only open 8am - 6pm what use is that to anyone???

Had the worst experience with Connexin. Promise after promise and deliver nothing. Issues getting service installed. 3 attempts for someone to activate the broadband. 5 months in, multiple issues, sky wont work as they use same IP address for a number of customers so sky service thinks its being hacked. Connexin agreed to give me a static IP to resolve the issue, this was put onto the account wrong and stopped the broadband for a number of days. How can a broadband company not configure a static IP properly? Then had an issue where no broadband for nearly 2 weeks. No support, no customer service. Fixed for 2 days then off again. Cancelled contract due to poor service and breach of contract. Connexin wont provide a refund for the months where wasn't working. Taken them to the Ombudsman regarding all the issues and lack of service. Stay well clear of them.

Worst experience of my life shocking isn’t a word for this company no one calls you back I’m in my cooling off period and want out !Speed is about as fast as an iPhone 5 same answer day in day out someone will call youAvoid at all costs it is horrific from start to finish please do not be tricked into buying this no one cares in this company uses big name stars to advertise a shocking product and the sports stars should be ashamed to put the name to itAvoid avoid avoid avoid

Was great until I needed to contact your customer services team due to an outage lasting a number of hours. Three calls to your support phone line were cut off as soon as I was connected to an agent. I'm guessing they're hanging up on customers? Then I tried the dreaded online chat support only for the agent to stop writing back after stating they would look in to the issue. Waited 20 minutes without any feedback on the next steps. I'm assuming the agent is dealing with multiple chats simultaneously. My wife and I need to work from home and this is the customer service support we're receiving for a paid service. Not good enough. Before you bought Pure Broadband I could get through to a customer services agent with them within a minute. Now I have to deal with this poor level of service from Connexin. Try harder.

Upgrading" peoples neighbourhoods to ultrafast broadband! Not really as we already have it and the necessary infrastructure.Telegraph poles and overhead cables have not been an upgrade since the 1970's.Listen to residents rather than forcing people to have to put up with these unsightly poles.A 0.2 mile stretch of road used to have 6 telegraph poles it now has 24. How can all other utilities suppliers share infrastructure but you can't?Your community engagement is non existent. You are installing telegraph poles against people's will and in completely different places to where your notices were put up - just how are people meant to object or is that your strategy?All these poles pose a real danger to people who are still trying to use the footpaths where you are putting up poles particularly for people with prams

Zero stars, technical support is none existent, since this cowboy outfit took over purebroadband my connection has been rubbish now none at all, they happily take your money for no service at all, time to change to another provider & cancel my direct debit. In my work I get to chat to the public all day long & will be advising them to keep well away from this company

We have been clients of connexin, previously known as pure broadband, for over 10 years. Recently, my internet has slowed down to a very slow speed (about 10-20mbps) and since their new lines no longer reach our postcode I decided to cancel my internet agreement with them. They agreed and said that I have one more month with them left..and then they slowed my WiFi speed to just a little over 1mbps, that's ridiculous!! I will never ever sign a contract with them, ever again!! Stay cautious of this scammer company who can't let you go without some petty act..!

Zero star option needed - disgraceful company who lack empathy and values. I’m not one for leaving reviews but needs must.We didn’t have any WiFi signal outside of the room with the router in from day 1 of installation. Despite the constant phone calls, ignored emails, delayed live chat responses and promised but never received call backs, after 5 months of complaints finally 2 engineers come to our house (90 minutes late) and came to the conclusion we have to be on the most expensive package to actually receive signal throughout the home because our whopping 4 mobile devices is too much to handle. However, Connexin wouldn’t offer us a discount (the classic “for new customers only”!!), despite the issues we’ve had since installation and what any decent company would offer. If anything, we should receive some compensation.Understandably and reasonably, we requested to cancel due to a breach of contract, which they said would still require a termination fee and we’d have to pay the remainder of the contract - absolutely no gesture of good will, which has unfortunately forced me to cancel the direct debit.TLDR: AVOID!Miss me with a reply to this too.
