Lindum Group

After giving a 1 star review this company contacted me then visited myself at home. Apologised and explained it was a contractor that i had the problem with. After a 4 yr wait plus a 18 month wait for the council to do dangerous repairs, Lindum have taken over and got more done in half a day than the council has in 4 years. They are repairing my gate post the contractor reversed into. Everything i was told by Lindum has happened and they have kept in touch and kept me upto date. Thank you.

As a former employee I found certain members of the staff to be self serving and very uncooperative. As most members of the office staff are friendly with each other, when a problem is reported nobody is willing to rock the boat.3 of the most miserable years in my employed life.

I've been working for Lindums for 3months now and can honestly say it's a great place to work, everyone I've had to work alongside have been very helpful and patient.

A worked for this company for just over three months, & all I can say is thank god it was just that length of time. The atmosphere was terrible from day one you was purposely treated like an outsider & most people didn't want anything to do with you not even a simple good morning or hello. You was asked to carry out chores when you wasn't even given the correct equipment or facilities, the managergers didnt have a clue as to what was really going on or didn't bother listening to your needs, all they carried about was their pay packets & getting the job done on time. Horrible company even if they offered me a job there again on a good sum I would still tell them a polite no. Awful company! Also the firm is renowned for taking on employees on a three month trail period getting all the work they need out of them to complete a contract then laying them off. Very Bad!

We bought this new build, originally, as an investment not intending to live in it. However, we did not like where we had bought 12 months previously so decided to sell up at a huge loss and move into our new build at Saxilby , Church Fields. We love the house, great build, no issues and we know, if there were, they would be resolved immediately unlike where we had previously bought. You can't buy peace of mind!LINDUM HOMES are by far the best build compared to the other 2 developments at Saxilby.

I conta Lindum Group because of the excessive amounts of fine dust being generated by plant using an access road 10 meters from my windows. This dust is a real problem.I received a very helpful response and the site was inspected and minor attempts have been made to mitigate the problem but no further action has been taken since and my request to dampen down the dust has not happened, and to make matters worse a huge stone crushing plant and grading machine has been installed just up the top of the site so all day noise and dust is now the norm.I don't expect any further action, it's a huge building project and with it comes the problem... It saddens me the beautiful feild has been built on really but people want to make money nowadays... As this project is to run for another three or four years I'm looking to moving away, I can't stand it...i moved here because my mental health requires little stress and peace and quiet - I have lost it all....

I was unfortunate to come across this rabble working near Lincoln library. Shouting and swearing in the street is not a good look fellas. Probably best to keep your daughters and female loved ones away from these dinosaurs

Hello, I am writing regarding the treatmenr of your staff. My husband was employed by the company but was unfairly dismissed. There were no tangible reasons as to why this happened. Even though he had not yet completed his probation period, he was not given any notice or feedback on what it was he did wrong.I would imagine a reputable company like Lindum would take pride in recruiting and training their staff instead of 'setting them up to fail'.I know the law does not really take into consideration dismissal during probation but it is unfair to have a review with an employee, reassure them that they are doing well and then dismiss them with no prior warning and explanation, all in the space of 2 weeks.Why would you, Lindum, go out of your way to set up such a rigorous interview process, hire an employee you feel is right for the job and then cut them off without prior warning and after commending them on how well they've done.I just wish your policies were fair.
