Excellent service from all the team. I wrongly assumed that all E bikes would be too heavy for my liking. Kurt identified expertly the one bike that would match my needs, Ian in the workshop has been great at making sure everything is fitted and adjusted just right for me, Jordan has been very helpful and Alex, who I’ve had the most frequent contact with, has been outstanding every time with his expertise, support and commitment to make sure that I’m happy with everything. The very important after sales service has been excellent too. Thank you all.

I bought a little folding ebike from Kurt the day after the shop opened. I wanted to wait a while until me and the bike had ‘bonded’ before I wrote a review.So here goes- The Eovolt folding bike I bought is a bit of a revelation, I do have a bigger, full size ebike which I use for my Harrogate Wheeleasy rides but the little bike was bought to throw(!) into the back of the car( it fits in my wife’s Fiat 500 too) when we go on holiday. This it does easily, and once you’ve got used to the gears, power assists etc. it’s remarkably nippy and highly recommended. A bit of an eye opener!I have made a couple of modifications just to suit me but not really necessary.A most helpful shop to deal with and hopefully they’ll build up a good customer base in Harrogate.

If you are a beginner just like I was, these guys are a must to visit. I could not fault the customer service. Every question answered in a very relaxed environment. A big thank you to John who made my experience very enjoyableI did my research and definitely would recommend these guys. 5 starts all the way.

May 2023. This is a review for the Harrogate store. My word, the guys there, Curt and Ian, could NOT have been more helpful and friendly. We were touring in our motorhome so only in town for the night when the stand sheared off my leccy bike. No problem for them! They told me to come to the shop as soon as I liked and they'd fix it. And fix it they did! Within the hour they had drilled out the sheared bolts, re-tapped the holes and re-fitted my original stand. On top of that, they gave us and our dog a lovely, friendly welcome, giving Ned (the dog) some water and treats. Then Curt even walked down to the cafe where we waited nearby to tell us that the bike was ready (sooner than we thought it may have been). I heartily recommend these guys and this shop to anyone who may need their services. Very

What a fantastic experience - and many thanks to the guys there. I brought in my touring bike of many years, which I just wasn't using because I didn't enjoy the drop handlebars anymore. I asked if they could help by fitting some new flatter bars & new gear changers and brake levers. I left the bike with them at 10.30am on Thursday 11th May and they told me it was ready for collection the following day! I love the bike more than ever now - they've made so a difference to the riding experience. These are 5* guys and have my eternal thanks.

I cannot recommend Kurt and Alex from the Harrogate electric bike shop strongly enough. Their knowledge, enthusiasm and patience is endless! We started off knowing very little about e-bikes and asked vast amounts of questions. They gave us the confidence to go ahead and chose our bikes. The ongoing support and advice is excellent. Their prices are highly competitive. Thanks guy!

I had ben considering buying an E bike for some and had enquired at several bike shops , then i tried the ElectrBike shop in Harrogate, it was a really pleasent experience,the staff couldn't have been more friendly and down to earth.That was back in June and i purchased a Haibike Trekking 3, sold to me by Kurt. The service has been faultless, everytime i have been into the shop or spoken on the phone ,nothing was too much trouble,.Highly recommended , if you are lloking to get an Electric Bike ,look no further,the staff know thier stuff, and are polite ,friendly .and effecient.Thanks guys .A satisfied customer .

Stopped in today to fix a front brake issue with my electric bike (not purchased from this store but I have had my bike serviced here before). Alex fixed the problem for me in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Great addition to Harrogate I hope they keep doing great business here!
