Sidcup Launderette

Most of the dryers were out of order. The one I used gave out no heat and when I asked for my £5 back they would only give me £4 VERY unsatisfactory.

I would give this less than one star, but I don't have that option. None of the dryers work and all of the washers have mould on he doors. He owner doesn't seem care. In the last 6 months the place has been left to rack and ruin.

Absolute waste of a journey; 7 dryers and only one - yes ONE - working.A greedy owner who clearly does not wish to re-invest into his business. Best advoided; better options available locally.

I found this laundry shop in my area as I did not know the name of the shop has changed. The reviews were good and that’s why I took my laundry today.They done something on the wash machines. All the programs are just for 25 minutes. Quickest time should be at least one hour.Don’t waste your money for not clean clothes.

Only one working dryer and inevitable queue to use it. Have tried multiple times and always busy. Waste of time. avoid.

HORRENDOUS, DIRTY AND A SCAM!This has got to be THE worst launderette I have ever used.It is predominately run and owned by the general store that is adjourned to it next door (who isn't on the premises, but watches it from his shop next door.'This is the scam'...He charges 20p per 'one minute drying time!!!.The driers are set very, very low an to a near cold temperature, to ensure that your clothes will not dry without you putting in money of at least £12.There is no option of buying washing powder/liquid on arrival, because he wants you to pay extortionate prices in his shop next door.Out of the 9 driers, 8 are not working???!!.The washing machine doors and seals inside are contaminated with green mould and dirt!.This place is a rip-off and a way overpriced money maker. Don't go there!.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. Only 1 of 6 dryers working and even the one I ended up using was faulty. The guy next door in the shop came and literally banged the machine to get it working. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse the 2 pounds for 10 minutes barely did anything, so he came and told me to put another 2 pounds in. Baring in mind I was just trying 1 duvet cover 4 pillow covers and 2 fitted sheets. Don’t waste your time going here POOR customer service, faulty machines, rude staff and above all a dirty laundrette.

Not usually one to complain however £1 for 1 minute that says everything, with the costs of a living crisis this is insane! Maybe 1 of 6 tumble dryers work, rest all blow out cold air and you stand there waiting for your clothes to dry while your moneys been taken. Customer service is poor young boy next door doesn’t know what he’s talking about and laughs at you while you try to explain the problem.

There is not always someone in the launderette, but they are easy to contact, and the shop next door can take things in and return service washes.
