Just had our loglap Windsor model delivered this week. We had it made to our own requirements. We found this company to be extremely helpful and it was great to deal with someone (Joe) who fully understood what we needed with minimum explanation. The guys who installed it worked really efficiently and arrived spot on time. The whole process was totally stress free. It's great to order something which is handmade locally. I Cannot recommend this company enough, since the first day I visited the company back in 2021, the staff have been absolutely amazing.Christina has been my point of contact throughout, Christina never made me feel like another sale and always made me feel welcome.Thank you again Christina.The log cabin install was fantastic as well, there were a few minor issues which Carrs sorted out within 1 week ( None of this getting messed about nonsense )Gary,Mike and all the other lads are very professional.I would like to thank Claire as well for sorting out the concrete base issue before the main cabin install.10/10

We’ve just had our summer house installed by this company. The process from purchase to installation was seamless and easy and, as promised, took 6 weeks from start to finish. We are extremely delighted with not only the summer house itself, but also the installation. The installation team did a great job and were incredibly efficient. We were also able to tailor the summer house to our needs to make the best use of our space. We are looking forward to entertaining and relaxing in it over the coming months and years.

I had a studio installed about a year and a half ago and am really happy with it. After some recent heavy rain we noticed a small leak in the roof. Reported the issue and within 48 hours the issue was resolved. Great friendly customer service, couldn't fault them and would use agin and recommend to others.

I went to Carr Garden Buildings on recommendation of a friend after I had recieved terrible service from another company. I am so glad I did as the quality of my log cabin speaks for itself. Kristina was excellent all through the process swift clear communication, knowledgable about the products and through the whole process from design to build was hassle free and a joy. The installation team were fantastic and it was more than obvious that they take pride in their work and the product. This was installed three days before Christmas and many would have rushed the job eager to get away but not these guys. The cabin is beautiful, thank you.

We got a pent roof garden shed installed from Carr Garden Buildings, and very impressed with their comms, quality of product and installation. Their whatsapp support was handy for clarification on technical specs and delivery queries. Our workmaster shed was delivered in time, with no surprises.I will highly recommend Carr Garden Buildings.
