Just picked my pick of 8 years that's never been serviced or look it. The guys in the shop have made it feel like a new bike again.Made aware of other issues that I'm able to fix myself so the price did did not start creeping up and very honest of the team.Bike was dropped in at the weekend and picked up 2 days later

Went in with a flat tyre,he fixed that alright but after half an hour of cycling my wheel fell off ,luckely didnt get hit by a car when that happened

Collected my bike today after a disk break and spoke issue, quick turn around during this busy time and the guys where very helpful. Their customer service was brilliant. I would highly recommend them.

Exemplary service from friendly and knowledgable team. I have had a few jobs done by this shop and it's always been a very good experience. Recently, I approached them for some help with an overtightened front wheel that they sorted out without any fuss or cost. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent people to deal with in every respect. Could not be more helpful, both in terms of advice offered, parts acquisition and speed of service.Extremely knowledgeable and I have never yet been advised to take a more expensive option over a perfectly good cheaper one. Hell, they have even done some things free of charge! I really cannot rate this shop highly enough and with a new Cube ebike at my disposal, all my cycling needs will go here as my first port of call. Thank you people for such an excellent, friendly and courteous service.
