We had a great day of cycling from Scarborough to Whitby and back. The bikes were great and Lindsey was really friendly and informative when arranging our booking and on the day.The cinder track is such a lovely way to explore the coast away from traffic and hoards to people.So glad we booked in and will definitely be back.

Bayhire provided an excellent, friendly, and efficient service. They delivered, a virtually brand-new electric mountain bike to my rental property in Runswick Bay, which proved to be a fantastic ride whether on the coastal minor roads or the tracks on the moors. I’d not hesitate to use them again.

I had a great day, Matt was on time when I collected the bike and when I arrived back. The Cinder Track was a fabulous route, great scenery! My ladies Shark bike was clean and in great order. Next time I’ll remember to ask him to turn on the suspension though! ;)

We hired two bikes and rode them from Scarborough to Ravenscar on the Cinder Track. We saw some spectacular views on the way and it was a really fun day out so we are grateful to have found Bay Hire! Matthew (the owner) was very friendly and provided us with helmets, locks and even a puncture repair kit (just in case but we didn't need it). The bikes did a good job considering we did about 22 miles each. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bayhire as a way if cycling the Cinder Track or other routes on the North Yorkshire coastline. Great service when I had a mechanical difficulty with the bike and generally very friendly, well-organised and good value for money. Great that helmets, locks and route info are included in hire price. Thank you

I hired a bike from Bayside for exploring North Yorkshire around Scarborough and Whitby. The could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The bike I hired was in perfect condition and hire came with helmet, lock and a repair kit including Allen keys. When I picked up I was also given some great advice on riding the Cinder Track. The price was incredible value for three full days hire too. Would heartily recommend to anyone wanting to cycle in the area.
