The general store manager was extremely rude and generally horrible and dismissive towards me and my partner. Then as we left she was in a group talking about us and proceeds to say thank you as we left. Do not recommend to come here.

Thankyou very much to Beth for helping me out in store today, firstly she helped me by retrieving the item i wanted from the back as the member of staff on nursery was dealing with another customer, so i was grateful to not have to wait around, then she helped by carrying my item to the checkout as it was a mattress and she could see i was pregnant, lovely, helpful and polite lady, and a credit to the company. Brilliant customer service. Thanks!

Excellent toy store with a very similar, if not identical, layout to other Smyths Toys Superstores.There really is an excellent choice of high quality toys here.I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and welcoming with a good knowledge of the products available.Ample parking spaces available with priority given to disabled drivers.

Went in for today for a mooch and ended up buying a beautiful cosatto pram that was on sale so was a superb price. The lady who helped me was amazing in every way, she knew what she was talking about and helped me. She is an asset to the company!

After doing some research about suitable car seats my husband and I were still confused about which car seat to buy. We visited Smyths in St. Helens and the young lad who was working there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the different types available and also at what age you could use them. He demonstrated how to fit the one we were looking at and we felt that safety was a high priority.

Disgusting customer service from the blonde lady current serving (not the manager one in her own clothes). Got to the til, didn’t even acknowledge us, after paying, handed the money back without saying a word and then shouted ‘next’ over us. Needs to learn some manners and customer service
