Terrible company, I wouldn’t have them do any more work for me even if it was for free, they left my property looking worse after they left than it was before they started, the men doing the work was swearing and sniggering all the time they was here, I phoned Mr Donnington to try to come up with a solution and he didn’t want to know and he was very dismissive, I hope people read this before wasting time and money on a company with such a bad reputation

I have had some work carried out by this company not too long ago and I am very disappointed by the end result, the poor quality of the work done is appalling and I now have to pay for it repairing by another company, the managing director Terry Donington is refusing to acknowledge what a mess they have made, I have made countless phone calls to them to try and rectify the shoddy workmanship and I’m now looking into taking action against the company, all I hope is that anyone planning on having work carried out doesn’t use this company because I wish I didn’t and it’s not like it was cheap either.

I had a problematic very large and mature Ash tree removed from my garden. The tree was on a slope in my garden overlooking a main road. I found S & D Landscapes very helpful giving me advice regarding the best and most economic way to deal with it and the removal. They were prompt, courteous and efficient, I am a very happy customer.

They take a great deal of pride in the work they do they have those old fashiond values that are scarce thees days

We've had some work done here on our commercial property by Terry, Sam and the Team. It's been challenging at times and the weather had to be battled also. The guys were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and although we kept changing our minds on what we wanted, they were able to offer advice and provide solutions that were not only practical but cost effective at the same time. The work is in its final stages just now but they have done a brilliant job. Everyone who has seen it makes a positive comment on how well it all looks and I will DEFINITELY be recommending them and in fact, have another landscaping job lined up for them here on our site. Well done to all of you!!!

SO knowledgeable and helpful. They did an amazing job taking out some very overgrown conifers & tidying up some old oak trees. Such a good job, I'll keep them in mind when I want some more work doing as the weather warms up. Thank you!

Used this company a few years ago for a quite extensive garden landscaping project, Indian stone paving, new large lawns re turfed, etc. We are now in the process of having all this work re done by someone else as the workmanship was terrible. Initially it all looked fine but it soon became apparent that the paving in particular was poorly laid, I had the paving repointedby s&d but this did not really recify the poor laying of the slabs. All in all I regret using this company and would not recommend them at all or have them do any work for me ever again even if they offered it free.
