Taxi arrived 10 mins late due to a town centre incident, but the driver for Beeston Taxis didnt know where to find Beeston station !!!! He headed for Nott main station, i found right place for him in the end, ran up long ramp with very heavy luggage but missed my train - 2 hour wair for next. Nice chap but really really this is not good enough !!!!!

Wanted to book a car for my son who was stuck couldn't get a uber all busy was refused costum as they said I wouldn't pay on arrival! Joke of a company! I'm a care worker told them I had cash in the house! Never heard anything like it !

Booked a taxi, didn't even turn up. Got a phone call telling us a car had broken down causing a traffic jam, but the taxi we got from another company confirmed there was no breakdowns or traffic jams. Never use them again
