Andy really helped me pick a great apartment, with the virtual tours due to Covid, and great communication, everything went smoothly. From signing contracts to reference checks, all done within a day or two at most!Amazing service from Andy himself, always there to answer all your questions no matter what time or day. Even after moving in, he is always a quick message away from helping solve any issues or if you have any questions. This is the service we all need!My move was so easy and I would recommend the amazing brand new apartments to anyone looking for a clean, modern and high class quality within Coventry city centre. We have been dealing with Andy for more than a month now and the experience has been amazing. We were not at the UK at the time and he managed to help us get through everything we needed remotely and without any hassle. He provided us with thorough videos for the different available apartments and the apartment we chose was exactly like the video. He also recommended a great guarantor agency and we were able to proceed, sign the contract and pay the deposit and rent online. He even accommodated for us changing the arrival dates and only started the contract from the date we arrived. He was extremely professional and friendly at the same time, always easy to reach and he accommodated for all our needs. I would 100% recommend Andy for a seamless and professional experience.

Ive been dealing with agencies and agents for around 7 years and Ive honestly never met someone as professional and easy going as Andy, he really wants to get the job done perfectly and comfortably for the client. The first day when I moved in. Why do this to me? Seriously leaking problems and poor security. They will give your door key to anyone even the delivery person. When I was having a breakfast with my family on morning. Someone was holding the key and try to come in without any previous notice. If possible I would like to give a zero star. My children is so scared and I get hurt as I tried to push the door back. And this landlord just sent me a £25 M&S gift card without any compensation for my illness. The most Worst experience EVER. And didn’t worth for the money.

Georgia and Alex were amazing! They were able to assist me throughout my tenancy and after. They’re both lovely and so supportive!The only thing to comment on is the rental cost. The prices are high and doesn’t include electricity, parking or council tax.
