The service you recieve from all memebers of staff at this practice is second to none. I recently had a call to reschedule my appointments as the clinician wasn't available. This was handled professionally, swiftly and whilst offering me plenty of choice to suit me!I'm very happy to ve a patient here and all staff and clinicians deserve kudos

I was referred to this practice for a complicated wisdom tooth extraction.I told the surgeon I was a little nervous but she was wonderful throughout the procedure - always reassuring me and asking me how things were going. The assistant and receptionist were equally professional and pleasant to interact with.Overall it was a very good experience.Highly recommend.

I sat for 10 minutes and had a quick check up and x- ray. Cost me £130. Had exactly same thing done at another surgery and cost me £47. Went to this place as a matter of urgency and quoted £1850 for filling and crown. What a con. They book you in for appointments and demand payment straight away despite any time frame.It totally baffles me how people give this place 5 star rating purely on them being polite when it should be common human decency. I had totally different opinion on my treatment with my regular dentist (20 years) and under third the price. This place is a con. I could write a lot more how many words does this at form allow ? Smile in your face as long as they get your money. The place is a totally minupulative con

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've only been a patient for about 1 month and I've already had so much help. I made a short-notice minute appointment and the practice were able to offer me a complimentary 3D scan, take a look at my infected wisdom tooth and sort out a chipped tooth all in the morning! I couldn't be any happier with the service.

My partner has been using this dentist for over30 years he had a appointment tomorrow morning with hygienist. He had a phone call while driving his van on m4 today asking for payment.He doesn't take cards to work.So told the receptionist he would pay like he always does when he had had the treatment.He has never not turned up for a appointment.So because he had no way of paying today she cancelled his appointment disgusting behaviour and service Geoff Phillips

As a newish patient who has had a life long fear of dentists, I have had 2 very reassuring visits to Elliot and am no longer frightened. He explains everything clearly and doesn't 'over treat' just to bump up the bill.

Good dentists, polite people but never on time with appointments. Always have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.

Just for anyone who may have seen the recent BBC “expose” - this is NOT the practice they are talking about. The one on the BBC was based in Manchester.

My treatment for a root extraction with an abscess was removed with an extreme amount of thought and caring. Everything explained really carefully. I was desperate not to have antibiotics and the dentist seriously took this into consideration and did everything to make this possible. Understanding my feelings completely. I was seen extremely quickly as well when I was a bit worried a day or two later after the extraction. Couldn’t want for anything better.

Nigel removed my long-term bridge and replaced it with implants, no discomfort at any time during or after, a temporary bridge was fitted for a number of months healing time, no problem at all, great support at all times, great care from everyone at Smiles" well done
