Very helpful and cheerful staff, no miserable old lady today. Food was nice and warm, absolutely recommend.

Uninterested staff, lack of hot food out on the counters. Shame really because it’s got the potential.

I most definitely concur that the elderly lady serving me today was abrupt and of poor manner. A que of customers had built up and she hadn't noticed as she was just stood there staring into space. When she noticed me, after being prompted by a young friendly colleague, her manner was not friendly or welcoming. I asked her not to speak to me like than and she replied, 'if your rude to me,' I'm not going to serve you. Curious, I was not being rude, merely asking her to not speak to me in the manner she did. It was embarrassing but fortunely the young girl served me and I left. I will never visit there again.

Noticed that the next 20 to 30 people in the queue ALL payed Eat-In" prices

Disappointed. Went on a Saturday about 12 to get lunch for 4 people and hardly anything cooked... miserable older woman behind the counter couldn't even smile at customers and kept talking over the lad serving me. Some soldiers from the base come in and walked out empty handed . They need to make sure the food is topped up or this shop will fail quickly which is a shame as its very well laid out ...smiling staff would be really nice ..

1130 on a Tuesday there was only a few vegetarian sausage rolls and one cheese and onion pastie. Staff had no clue when the next batch was going to be ready and when we asked they were rude when they gave the answer. Walked out with no food in the end......

Two or three times used from 9am to 2pm and same as others la k of stock items not available. Appreciate that it’s newly opened and have to find your stock levels, but people will get fed up with items continually not being available
