Great experience getting a replacement battery for my very old smartphone (6+ years). I initially tried my service provider, who said that they would need to send it away for 2 weeks for diagnosis and were unsure whether replacing the battery would actually help. Completely different experience in Fone World - the team were able to order the replacement battery with 2 days notice, and then replace the battery in 30 minutes. Whilst doing so, they noticed another problem with the phone that was impacting the battery charging, and sorted this out as well. Very reasonable price, knowledgeable staff and prompt service. Very happy with my experience and would recommend.
