This must be the best online buying experience I’ve ever had : by far the best price for my beer kit ; comprehensive information sent by email at every stage of the buying-delivery process ; each can of wort individually wrapped and in perfect condition ; only two days between purchase and delivery ; delivery made with time to spare on the timetable given ; no disturbance made at delivery : parcel left as intended inside my front porch without a sound . Brilliant !!! Well done Hop Shop .

Here's a review from me about The Hop Shop in Plymouth because I think good, honest reviews aren't thick on the ground these days, with carefully designed questions from the supplier - and answers also by the supplier that you, the consumer are invited to tick and are not allowed to say what you want, and they contain lie after lie after lie. Well - first, I can PHONE The Hop Shop! Person to person! We use first names to each other. It is untouched by the culture and remoteness of big business. You, the customer are the most important focus for The Hop Shop, for Peter and Michelle, whom I have spoken to there. Even if I'm only placing a small order. And it will be dealt with quickly. Michelle posted the last one to me on her way home, and it arrived here in Cheshire, from Plymouth, the next morning! They're the nicest and most diligent people and suppliers you could wish for.Stay cool baby!

What an excellent service. Emails responded to promptly and gave advice on how to proceed with return and refill of CO2 cylinders. Courier was brilliant. Very pleased indeed, highly recommend the Hop Shop.

I am glad to have used the Hop Shop for my supplies. They always deliver promptly and have a really good range to choose from. I recently had a problem with a split yeast packet in a kit that I was about to start brewing. I emailed The Hop Shop and I had a quick reply and a fresh pack of brewing yeast was on its way.Great customer service from a company that I will be use for future supplies.Thanks for your help guys.

I called Saturday to check delivery times as i needed this to be delivered by the Wednesday (long story!). I was advised to make a note in the order to this effect; this would ensure it was shipped on the Tuesday and so should be arrive Wednesday.Sure enough, the parcel arrived this morning and is now set up and should be fermenting by the morning :)A great service from the Hop Shop team, friendly, informative, helpful and very reliable. I found Peter the owner is very a very reliable man, and all his products are excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. Also his prices are very reasonable and nothing is to much trouble for him to sort out .
