All the team at the salon are very friendly and helpful and it's nice to have apprentices on site learning as they go. I would highly recommend James and all of his team if you are looking for a friendly and experienced hairdressing salon.

I have been coming to this salon since I first moved here 9 years ago. Initially, I chose it because of the care that the owner obviously takes in presenting a well-ordered, clean & tidy salon even when closed. Subsequently I have found both James and his staff to be extremely friendly and efficient (not to mention good hairdressers) and have no hesitation in highly recommending this business.

I have been going to Steven James Faversham's Salon for over ten years. Love the friendly atmosphere and knowledge of the staff. I stayed with the same hairdresser Hayley throughout this time. She knows exactly what style I like, my hair looks and feels fantastic every time. After recommending the salon and Hayley to my daughter a few years ago, she also loves it.Highly recommend this salon!

I have been coming here, to Hayley, for about 18 months after a recommendation from a friend, and have never been disappointed. All the staff are great and the salon has a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
