My Travel Guys have arranged numerous holidays for me over the years including a trip to Iceland where they arranged Whale watching trips, a trip to the Blue Lagoon and to see the Northern Lights.Last year they arranged a tour of Vietnam & Cambodia which was sensational and highly recommended.This year I had arranged a holiday to Lanzarote which due to Covid was cancelled but they provided us with a full refund very quickly with no hassle.I would have no hesitation in recommending My Travels Guys, both Ian and Cath are lovely people and very knowledgeable and the service they provide is exceptional.Many Thanks Ian & Cheryl

I would like to pass on a huge thank you to Cath and Ian McCann for their work in ensuring that our recent family holiday was huge success.My Travel Guys organised everything so that our family of five could surprise my brother on his 50th birthday and allow us all to celebrate my Dad's 80th together.Absolutely everything about our holiday worked like a dream - from flight check ins, to the absolutely beautiful accommodation and transfers to and from the airport. I write in absolute praise of My Travel Guys. From the research of the holiday to my return from the trip their service has always been professional, efficient and very personal. Nothing is too much trouble and it is reassuring to know that they are always on hand before or during the trip to offer help and advice. In addition it is fabulous that they are also able to offer information regarding the holiday destination such as where to visit and the best bars and restaurants. This was particularly the case when a friend and I visited Las Vegas in 2018. My Travel Guys have a wealth of knowledge about the area which made the trip even more enjoyable.

Having made multiple bookings through Ian and Cath I can tell you that the knowledge, level of service provided and the delivery is exceptional. They are very personable, committed land always there when you need them. We recently had a very special family holiday to Cancun where not only did we save money but the advice and support was worthy of additional cost. We had a problem with the hotel which Ian instantly resolved regarding unauthorised access to our safe. We got upgraded flights included as well as other bonuses which absolutely ensured our family trip was as special as it was meant to be. You can’t get better value for money. I just booked through them again for that very reason and I’m off to Vegas baby! Thank you both, we will be back soon x

When my family wanted to book a holiday to Florida we chose Ian and Cath at My Travel Guys to help us. This proved to be a fantastic decision. Right from the start My Travel Guys spent time with us to find out our interests, the places we wanted to visit and our budget, and designed an itinerary exactly fitting our requirements. They were quick to respond when we wanted to make amendments, very patient in dealing with our requests, and the experience was easy and relaxed. So much more so than if we had attempted to do it ourselves. Everything went so smoothly from being pre- booked at the airport, the picking up of a hire car in Florida, and the quality of the accommodation throughout our multi stay trip was fantastic. Also importantly when we needed to contact them for help during our trip Ian and Cath were fantastic- accessible and responsive.
