This is the first time I have used Fawkes Cycles where I purchased some Schwalbe G-One RS Evo Super Race TLE Tyres. The service provided by Fawkes was brilliant & I would certainly use them again.The tyres arrived very quickly after ordering & in respect to their performance, I could not fault them on any of the surfaces with little rolling resistance on roads.

I was very impressed that after I ordered something they immediately emailed me to say it was not in stock, and did i want a refund or wait till came back in stock. In any case came back in stock next day - so did not need a refund. But I very much appreciated the personal contact - especially since my item was not very expensive.

Guy and the team are fantastic, always very friendly and helpful when i've called the shop or placed a web order. They offered me a part-shipment on my recent order as some parts weren't due in stock until potentially after the weekend. Very happy :).

Don't purchase from these guys if you want your email questions answering or if you have a customer complaint as they are slow off the mark to resolve anything. Had an issue and they didnt want to come to an amicable solution simply hide behind T&C's not great service

I recently bought a Shimano Di2 Ultegra groupset from Fawkes-Cycles and the service was very good. Not only was it one of the best price points on the internet, the product was delivered quickly. Although there was a slight issue with some additional cycling equipment, the team at Fawkes dealt with it brilliantly and cannot be faulted one bit. Highly recommend buying from them.
