Portfolio Events

Portfolio events were amazing! We had our wedding at Sutton Bonington Hall in September 2022 and they were fabulous to work with. Jel, our wedding co-ordinator ran the day and was amazing to work with. We had many dietary requirements and restrictions and Portfolio Events accommodated them all with ease. The food was amazing and I am so thrilled with how my wedding turned out. Thank you so much Portfolio Events, and especially Jel. You were a saint!

We used Portfolio Events for our wedding of 200 guests at Offley Place and they did a fantastic job. The food was all perfect and we had many of our guests mention how nice the food was and good size portions. The food was presented really nicely. Magda took care of us all and was absolutely amazing. She was fully in control of the night and managed all the timings well. We would highly recommend Portfolio Events.

Magda and her team were amazing from start to finish.Portfolio had brilliant communication from the point to enquiry all the way through to customer care after our wedding.The tasting sessions were like an exciting date with so much choice of high quality food it made it difficult to choose.On our wedding day the staff were attentive and had literally thought of everything, making adjustments to suit us (for example saving our dessert to enjoy later and having a plate of canapés especially for us before photos) the welcome drinks were beautifully presented and served and the staff were fabulous always making sure glasses were full. They really made our day a breeze! Fantastic food and excellent service I could not recommend them more highly!!!! Massive thank you!!!

Portfolio catered our wedding in September and they were fantastic! From the first conversation they were professional and attentive. Sophie looked after us throughout and was extremely fast to reply to numerous email queries, changes to guest numbers, and requirements. Especially in the final days before the wedding, Sophie was on hand to make sure that everything was in place which meant that on the day we didn’t need to worry at all. The food itself was amazing, and the compliments from our guests are still coming in. We tried several of Portfolio’s dishes during a tasting which really helped us to make the final menu choices. On the day, portfolio helped to set up all the name places, and provided excellent service through the reception, the wedding breakfast, and the evening food. We really recommend you consider them for your catering.

Portfolio catered our wedding at Longstowe Hall in July, and they were incredible from start to finish. Sophie looked after us throughout the whole planning process, and she was fantastic. Excellent communication throughout, really responsive, attentive and flexible. She dealt with our last minute changes easily and with no fuss, and made the whole catering side of planning the wedding so easy. We loved the menu tasting, and found Portfolio to be super flexible and open to ideas.On the day the catering was excellent. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were really generous. All our guests loved the food and I don't think anyone went hungry. The service was great, and everything ran so smoothly without any hiccups. The staff were so professional and friendly and helped to create a really relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for helping to make our day so brilliant!

Portfolio Events catered our wedding at Shuttleworth House at the end of July 2023. They played a big part in helping to create a most beautiful wedding day for us. We are so grateful to Magda and her team.We were pleased that we were able to taste the food in advance and were certainly not let down on the day when catering for 60 guests. The service was efficient and friendly and ran perfectly to time. The quality of presentation was excellent.

Portfolio catered for our wedding, providing canapés, wedding breakfast and dinner. They catered for all dietary requirements brilliantly.The administration in advance of the day could have improved, however on the day I couldn’t fault them. Adele went above and beyond, was super attentive and so personable. She really helped make the day special.

We would highly recommend Portfolio Events! We really enjoyed visiting Portfolio for the tasting meal beforehand where you get to sit down and talk through the day and any questions you have, as well as making the tough decision of choosing your menu options. We had almost every dietary requirement going and the team were great at providing different options to cater for everyone. The wedding breakfast was excellent and definitely something our friends and family keep telling us! If you are a perfectionist, Magda is your lady! I cannot thank Magda enough for making my vision come true!
