Started off very well. Head Gardner, iain, came to see us and was very helpful with the design of all the trees and planting of them. We had a price for all of it, very happy. However. We dug all the 1 metre holes for 28 trees, which wasn't really our job but we did because we had a machine there. No discount was offered for this. We also brought in all the soil and compost to make the job easy, again no one contacted us. We paid the majority of money up front, which also included the planting and providing of wild flowers for approx 200 sq metres. When these eventually were just thrown around with no preparation of the soil, did not take. No flowers came, weeds took over, iain came with the men and could not help as he was leaving and it was all weeds and no one has bothered to sort this out or put it right or contact us, we feel completely abandoned and had to get someone else in. Certainly would not recommend them.
