Rob came to my place a couple times to fix a Singer 591, which is an old but classic machine - one he said was familiar with.Both times I got the machine fixed it broke almost immediately after. Part of his 'fixing' process was bashing the side of the machine repeatedly with a hammer.I told Rob this and he slowly started blaming me for the repeat error, then said he would let me know when he could come take a look but didn't contact me for a couple months.The machine never actually got fixed. He took my money but ended up saying he could no longer be bothered with the job.

I’ve had my sewing machine a number of years and until recently, I’ve never had it serviced. It started to play up and chew the fabric so I decided to search for someone reliable to take a look at it. Naturally, I turned to Google and searched for sewing machine engineers near me, Sew Amazing came back as the first return. I read the reviews and decided to contact them. I am so pleased I did. They have certainly lived up to their name, and reputation. My sewing machine has been fully serviced and repaired, it’s working wonderfully again. Robb is very very knowledgeable and experienced, and the service they offer is brilliant. They even collected and delivered. Money well spent, I would definitely use again and I would recommend their services to anyone needing an experienced sewing machine engineer.

Sew Amazing are brilliant. Repaired my overlocker and even though it was fixed and functioning, Robb was not 100% satisfied with the cutting, so went out of his way to source a replacement blade set. Also did a great job servicing my Janome machine and replaced the auto threader with no fuss. Robb is so experienced and knowledgeable, I really felt like my machines were in safe hands. I will be getting both my machines serviced by Sew Amazing annually. Thanks for doing a great job!

I contacted Rob at Sew Amazing to ask if they could reduce the speed of my cylinder arm machine. Despite willing to pay whatever it costs Rob kindly told us of a much cheaper way to slow it down that my husband could do himself. He gave great advice at length free of charge and told us where to get the parts we needed. They cost £10! I was expecting to have to pay hundreds of pounds. We have ordered the pulley and belt and Rob kindly told us to call back if we needed any more help. What an amazing thing to do. I would trust this company to do anything with my machine, they have shown they can be trusted. Fantastic

Rob and Mandy are probably the best in the business, old school, good quality, reliable service. Always easy to deal with and very reliable. They service three machines for me including an industrial sewing machine, domestic machine and over-locker. What they don't know probably isn't worth knowing!

Well what can I say about this amazing company and owner Rob. When I managed to jam my needle into my machine which is a Singer Confidance I called on there services. They are amazing, fixed it and returned to me as do alterations in my shed got me out of a jam so pleased with it works a dream. Worth more than 5 stars I would say.

I have a Juki that I use every day for work and the stitch was skipping and thread breaking. Tried some home repairs and frankly made it worse. Found Rob on a Google search and to my surprise he was able to attend my home within hours where he did the repair to a high standard and for a very reasonable price. Absolutely highly recommend and thank you for such excellent service A*

Amazing service. Robb came to pick up my machines on Friday, I got them back on Wednesday. I didn't even need to leave the house. I had 3 machines so he kindly gave me a discount too. An extra step further machines came back threaded, tension set all I needed to do is plug them back in. Would absolutely recommend - fantastic service, reasonable price and go above and beyond.
