Easy 5 star review. Dealt with Sam over the phone as I live over 4 hours away, Sam kept me updated and was super easy to deal with. When it came to collection day, sadly, it was Sam's day off so we never got to meet him however he had arranged for Kem to do the handover. Again Kem was great, really knowledgeable and friendly and we felt really looked after by him.The final bits of paperwork were sorted in a flash and we were back on the road in no time in our new car.I would not hesitate to reccomended DM Keith Select to my friends and family and when the time comes to replace my car I will certainly be checking to see what they have in stock.Many Thanks!

Very simple 5 star review. We purchased the car remotely due to 2.5+ hours drive away and dealt with Sam who was professional and courteous. The hand over was completed by Peter Wood, who very kindly picked me up from the train station. The car was exactly as described and it was a fair price. We made the payment in full prior to collection a few days prior so easy hand over. The showroom was smart, spotlessly clean and all in all an excellent experience. My good lady was extremely pleased with the car and loves it. Don't by cheap, buy quality and you won't be disappointed. Thanks Sam and Pete.

Great service all round. Fantastic selection of cars that are updated regularly at realistic prices. The sales team were professional and courteous without the pressurised sales pitch you can experience at other dealers. Highly recommended - I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and my new (to me) Skoda Octavia. Phoned up to ask about the car as my work commitments made it awkward to get to showroom. within the hour, Kem was at my home with the car so I could take a test drive and have a good look round. (now that is excellent customer service). My PX appraised and a deal was done. A few days later, I went to collect my car from the Ossett branch - car was presented immaculately and the handover with Kem was excellent, taking time to explain everything and answering my questions, even though it was obviously a busy day, with lots of folks looking round - I cant blame them. To sum up - Excellent choice of quality used cars backed up by the DM Keith brand. Great customer service and care, all delivered by Kem - as I said at the start, Highly recommended.

Couldn’t ask for more care - arrived 2 hours after they were due to close (my stupidity for not checking before setting off!), but Sam and Fozia stayed to accommodate me, took me for a test drive of the car I was interested in and couldn’t have shown any greater customer care for me. I bought the car and the service was flawless and they were so supportive. Definitely consider them again and highly recommend to anyone
