JKR Massage

I tried Jay's massage for the first time today. He was very polite and professional. I had some pain mainly on one side of my back but he explained the different types of massage and checked with me what I wanted to have. I went for a full body massage, including head as I've been suffering from headaches. I noticed the effect of the massage straight away, less tension, more flexibility, the pain is pretty much gone. He also taught me some stretching exercises. I definitely recommend Jay and I will book him again for me and my husband soon.

Had a 60 min Sports Massage at my home. Very professional service. Was talked through the whole massage and explained why areas were tight. Gave me stretches to do outside of the massage. Looking forward to book my next one!

On the advice of my genius chiropractor, I need a masseur who understands my complex medical condition to use massage as a means to help improve my balance with the hope it will have a positive impact on my walking ability as well. Last Friday, I had my first session with Jay, I described to him what a neuro-physiotherapist thought the problems are and how vigorous" massage might help. It was apparent Jay understood the problem and was up for the challenge to be a solution! The first massage was something else as someone who has never played a sport but I survived it! Jay is easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with him and I am looking forward to future sessions in the hope of a positive outcome."

Really quick and easy to arrange. Had a brilliant 90 min relaxation massage and the feedback afterwards on areas for attention in future treatments i thought was really helpful and informative. Master of his trade for sure!
