YogaTherapies at WBCo

Started Yoga due to my Osteoarthritis and what an improvement I've had. Such a friendly, professional group. Made me very welcome and I feel much better. I would totally recommend these classes!

YogaTherapies @ West barn provides a warm and inviting space to practice yoga. I go there for little bit of me time, knowing that the teachers are experienced and knowledgable in their teachings, can provide assistance and encouragement but will never push you past your own capabilities and what you feel comfortable with. They have recently introduced a meditation class which follows the yoga class on a Thursday evening. Having never practised meditation before I found it to be 30 minutes of pure relaxation ....bliss.
