Shrewsbury Park and Ride

What a great joy. Park up catch the bus free parking £2 fair ( £1 with bus pass).Only about ten minutes to centre of town. About twenty minutes between buses.Parking in town if you can get parked more than the cost of the bus fair for an hour. Can't go wrong well done Shrewsbury.

Ideal for a trip into Shrewsbury, plenty of space, buses on time. All good.

Very convenient, plenty of spaces, hop on the bus, get off at top of Pride Hill, a good wander about and hours later back on at bottom of hill. No worries about parking and town traffic, highly recommend it.

Buses every 20 minutes to and from Shrewsbury town centre. Single decker. £2 return. Okon (pink).

Not sure how to rate a car park and bus, but it is a very convenient way of visiting Shrewsbury town centre. Buses are clean and arrive regularly. The car park is massive so no worries about finding a space. I would rather use this than drive through Shrewsbury looking and paying for parking!

Excellent service and nice drivers.

There is a very regular service with buses running every 20 minutes and there is loads of parking. Negative bits are the site is quite run down with lots of weeds growing and the yellow paint for the disabled bays is quite illegible.

Couldn't fault this service, boarded at Oxon Park & Ride, the driver was a delight and very helpful & friendly. The journey into the town took approx 10 minutes which cost £2 return, this took away all the stress of driving around trying to look for a space especially with the 1 way system in the town. There was plenty of spaces available at Oxon on Weds 1st June @ 11:20.The driver let us know when we had reached our destination and went above and beyond to direct us to where we needed to go, his customer service skills were the best!The only slight disappointment was the times of the last bus back (approx 6pm-6:30pm) as we would have like to have stayed in the town a little longer, we got around this by returning to the car park and taking the car back into the town where we were able to park as many of the car parks now had available spaces.

The convenient way to get into the Town Centre - £2pp or £1 with a bus pass, cheaper than from most parts of town by other bus services. About a 10 minute journey to Castle Street, where the main shopping areas are.
