Just received the worst customer service, if I could write zero stars I would. For starters before we were even greeted the man serving put drinks down stretched and shouted saying “everyone get out of my face” before proceeding with details of where we should stand to be served. We politely were waiting in the takeaway station and when asked what we would like it came across in a hostile way and I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I then asked if I could have 2 hot chocolates to which his reply was “not a chance”. I was shocked at this response as there was no sincerity at all just pure rudeness. Whilst considering whether to order something else he said that we could order a soft drink or leave it. The fact that there was a menu hung up at the station we were ordering from advertising hot drinks, to get a response like this is out of order. I think this guy needs lessons in basic manners let alone decent customer service. We would have ordered something else from the menu but based on the rude nature of this man we decided to go elsewhere!

Had a lunchtime snack, food very pour, no attentive service, asked for salt vinegar and mayo in the end had to go and find ourselves couldn’t find any mayo. A pint and a white wine spritzer croquets and chips £27!!!! Said on menu fresh chips they were awful and the croquettes tasteless. Will never return to this place, they need to get their act together.

Like others have said, over priced but I guess you are paying for the location. 1st visit we ordered a mojito but they couldn’t make one as no mint. Ordered a lager & a glass of wine. Lager flat, wine Luke warm. 2nd attempt, £14 for one (not even full) glass of champagne that was not properly chilled. We won’t go back.

What an expensive place this is, with the most annoying barman ever! Full of himself and one to avoid like the plague!£8.50 for a Starpromen pint and a cheap paper coffee!I rest my case.Hopefully the sea will engulf this place sooner rather than later!

Well overpriced cocktails at 9.95 I expected better.My MaiTai Ingredients were just put straight in the glass, no cocktail shaker , left to mix it myself with a straw. Will not be a returning customer neither would I recommend going here. The staff serving were ok but not really friendly.

Nice place to stop and have cheeky drink. Little pricey on drinks. But nice place to stop. Tables outside could have been cleaned abit more plates and glasses everywere and tables very sticky.

Ordered bowl of chips £4.50 and meat balls in spicy sauce £7.50 didn't enjoy at all total waste of money, the chips looked as if they had been cooked twice and then warmed up .... Wouldn't eat here again.
