With a phobia of dentists i was scared to death, immediately i was made at ease by a dentist named George, he explained everything he was doing. I had a tooth extraction and the experience was not as bad as anticipated. I would highly recommend, especially George as the dentist he was fantastic.

Do you have to pay for emergency dentists

Ringing in is a massive joke, give all emergency appointments out the day before and tell you to go be seen by people they also tell you can't treat dental!

Very anxious after reading the reviews as I'm not fond of the dentists anyway. From being greeted by the receptionists to my visit with the dentist, definitely 5 stars. Thankyou very much for the brilliant service.

I called, lose my time 50 minutes and then they hung up on me. Shame !! Why wait in line and be 30 if you get disconnected in 3rd place !!!

Bab....The emergency dentist was brilliant. He was at Stretford.So professional and I never felt any pain as he extracted my tooth.tooth

Unlike most of the reviews, this is about the actual dentist service. awful rude dentists that do not offer compassion or a solution to your problems. I was directly told when enquiring about a root canal during my appointment that “this is not our problem” and my problems were completely ignored and I left needing more dire help. Avoid at all costs, go to a private dentist instead of wasting your time.

Brilliant service from the staff here was straight in and out removed my wisdom tooth cant fault them at all

Rang this morning because my husband had a severe toothache , was on wait for an hour, after somone called Muhammad answered and after taking details of why i am ringing he made an lame excuse of saying that his computer is not working and he has to ring me back after 5mins, which he never did. Im so disappointed with this Rude behaviour.

Having issues with my wisdom teeth that are causing severe pain and loss of appetite as well as swelling, so I booked an emergency appointment here. I was in and out in under 2 minutes after being told that my wisdom tooth is growing in the wrong direction and will keep causing pain but to wait it out two weeks because they won’t remove it if it is the first time I have come to them about it. Told to keep taking painkillers even though I have told them they aren’t working. If this service could have no stars I would rate it that. I have now gone home needing to book another appointment because I can’t hold on with the pain any longer and I’m down £26 for what can’t even be described as a check up. Awful.
