Portglenone forest park
A great spot. Not too big and pretty much on the flat. Has a nice mix of woodland. Great sized car park with toilets which are open and well maintained. Wasn't too busy when we went. Will certainly be back in the other seasons. Visited it in January.

A little small for a forest but still a nice walk. Kid friendly, picnic tables and toilets. The car park isn't very big so I imagine it would get full quickly. Good experience

I love visiting Portglenone Forest, especially when the bluebells are in bloom. The woodland floor is carpeted in a haze of blue and its lovely to walk along the paths taking it all in. There is a decent sized car park, public toilets which are well maintained and some picnic tables too. Definitely worth a visit.

This is the finest little forest in Northern Ireland. Lovely woods and river walk. When the Bluebells are in full bloom WHAO. Worth purchasing a Forest Pass to just visit here through all the seasons.

What an absolute beauty of a spot. Lived here 10 years and so sad I never visited before now! Def going to add this to my dog walking spots. Such a big open space on pathways, dog friendly and the bluebells in May (late spring) were just something out of a dream! No litter seen which is always a great sign and long may it last! Very well kept trees and clearly attention to detail in the hidden garden in the centre which was such a beautiful touch. Highly recommended for a walk.
