The only reason there's one star is because there isn't a no star option! The people who done the work were great, but customer service is appalling!! I had a ( according to them) large conservatory, there was problems with the ground works, not their fault, only reason I knew what was going on was my wife chatting to the workers! Nothing from the project management. They were only interested in getting the paperwork signed so they got their money. They have lied about the finance repayment being only £29 to clear the loan and after five payments of around £450 it's still only £700 less than the total amount!!! Still waiting for replacement windows that was damaged during installation and it's now SIX months after the work started. The quality of the product is good, as had windows and a porch about 5 years ago and everything was good enough that I didn't even look elsewhere for this job. Will not be recommending them again!

I'm so glad that I've chosen this company for our conservatory....from the start of the project, through all the installation, they were amazing!!!! They made our dream on scratch, become real!!!! It's so beautiful that looks unreal. I really don't understand the bad reviews. Highly recommended!!!!

We were tapped up by a cold caller, who was very pleasant, so we decided to get a quote. I was called the following day to arrange an appointment. Appointment time came and went and after 25 minutes I rang to find out what was happening. Turns out the rep was late but did not have the decency to ring and let us know. Not how I would expect a business to be run.

Used them to build an extension which started in May 2022! It still isn't completed properly. However despite countless emails and phone calls we haven't received a single response from Dunraven Windows. We have since used the Resolver Dispute Resolution but yet again not a single response from Dunraven. It looks like we will have to resort to legal proceedings causing stress and expense. Wish we had never used this company. Very pushy salesperson, dreadful organisational skills but the trades people were pretty good to be fair. Avoid if you can.

Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! Only given 1 star because there’s no option to give none. Shoddy workmanship, with few exceptions most of the workmen didn’t have a days work in them, excuse after excuse, the list goes on. Only interested in getting their money and that was before the work was completed. In the end we decided to finish the work ourselves rather than have them back.

I required a garden room from my original shed, they turned up on the appointed day, cut the walls, then left one man to take down the original roof, in fact most of the work was done by one man. He came at 9ish and left at 3pm each day. The mess left was horrendous, they explained that it was in normal to have this amount of mess…as if they tidied up daily they would not get any work done. It was said that they would clean up after finishing the job, in fact I cleaned up, swept the drive, picked up nails, etc. the workmanship was ok, but I would expect that for the amount paid.I can’t say I would recommend them, the workmen were always polite and easy to get on with, but that is surely expected of people coming onto your property.

We recently had an orangery added to our property. Having read some of the reviews, we were in two minds about using Dunraven. But, I am so glad we did! The workmen were excellent from start to finish. They were respectful, friendly and obviously very good at their jobs. They tidied up each day and, after completion, the garden looked better than before they started! We are delighted with the end product and highly recommend Dunraven.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. I spent alot of money with this company over 20k. They continue to phone on different numbers harassing me to get more work when they did everything on my house. Discounts are non existant. Workmanship is bad. When I mentioned it i was told it was OK and had to fix it myself. When work was being done i was badgered to pay money when work wasn't completed. Windows will have a black residue run inside the glass after the ten years is up and nothing you can do about it. Inferior product that won't last. Not a good experience at all. Don't waste your money.

After being hounded at the door and by phone I gave in and made an appointment, they wanted everyone living in the house present even though I tried to explain I owned the house and it was me alone paying, the person on phone didn’t seem to understand that in 2023 women do have their own money and property. Changed things around to be finished early but no one turned up or phoned and no reply on the number I was left. After reading reviews I think it was a lucky escape.

We were approached at a winter fair and started discussing a replacement roof for our conservatory. We gave our details and were told we would have a call in the next few days. They were on the phone the next morning. We agreed to an appointment having been told it would only take an hour and would be a no obligation quote. The sales rep turned up and after some discussion we decided to get a quote for replacing the whole conservatory with a tiled roof. The price quoted was just over £25,000. My husband said we would have think about it. The price then dropped to about £22,000. We said we would think about it and would be getting some other quotes. The price then dropped to £16,000 if we paid a deposit and signed .If the price can fall so quickly why can't you just be honest and quote that figure in the beginning instead of trying to rip people off. After reading the reviews think we dodged a bullet!!
