Possibly the friendliest check in I’ve ever had! The room was clean spacious and very well equipped. It was easy walking distance to the Birmingham arena and to the bullring!

So I was put into a 2 bedroom apartment recently. The size of the apartment was amazing, it had 2 shower rooms and a reasonable size lounge with sofa beds.The location was ok, not great, it's about a 20/25 min walk from New street station.The only problem I had was how cold the apartment was, I simply could get the temperature high enough to make it comfortable. There is no central heating and the AC only blows cold air. If you need heat you have to use the small wall mount electric heaters. The first night was really awful, I was cold all night and didn't sleep well. I left the heating on all day and when I got back in the evening the lounge was warm enough, but the bedroom still wasn't.I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment about that.No room service during the 2 days I stay here.

Great location, only 10/15 min walk to utilita arena. Really nice breakfast and good choices for hot and cold options. Room was lovely, nice big bed, nice bathroom and kitchen/lounge, lots of space in the apartment. Secure parking, lovely and friendly staff. Not one negative comment to give! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Me and my partner stayed here a 2nd time and I honestly can not fault the staff or their services. The apartment was equipped with a stove, microwave, grill, kettle, iron, dish washer, fridge/freezer etc... all the basic facilities you need for a few days. Rooms are clean and staff are always happy to help. Demi was amazing she made us feel so welcome, definitely feeling like a home from home, I know if we was to stay in Birmingham City centre again this would be the place no doubt about it. 5* review all around staff are always happy to accommodate you, parking on site and walking distance from the centre.

Very good location, friendly staffs, especially Mavis, who was always taking care of guests. The rooms was very well equipped with all necessary things for cooking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed here for a few nights with my family. Had a great time experience! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well situated and a short walk to all the downtown attractions. I caught a concert at the O2 and this hotel was a very easy walk from the venue - highly recommend this Staycity if you have something to catch at the O2. Family room had two bathrooms which is a hige plus. We were very happy with our stay here!

First time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were a great size and really well equipped in the kitchenette. The kids slept great on the sofa beds, but the real stand out was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful, without it being forced, not just the front of house staff either. Would definitely look to stay here again.
