I have always found Swift to be helpful and professional. They have helped me provide a home for two tenants and all dealings have gone smoothly and efficiently.New Review - November 2020. Swift did it again - what a superb service. I asked them to sell a Cafe property in the middle of the pandemic and 7 weeks later it was sold at an acceptable price. The quality of support was second to none. I can honestly say that Ben and Lydia and the rest of the team have been exemplar, professional and very helpful throughout what is a difficult time for all. Highly recommended. Thank you

From the first contact with Ben we got nothing but courtesy and helpfulness. We live a long way away from the area and Ben was always willing to fit in with our travel arrangements, letting us into the house many times. He also arranged access for surveyor and inspection visits. Ben seems to know everyone who can do anything and even after we bought the house we feel we can ask him for help. We feel that this company was interested in selling us a home rather than just a house. Finally getting the keys was joyous and the staff even welcomed our dog!

Amazing estate agents! My husband and I have found them quick and reliable. We found a property on the Wednesday and managed to move in the week after! They were very 'swift' with the application process and walked us through it with no issues. Vanessa had been great dealing with us and our enquiries, and we love the fact that everything was online and if we had any issue it could be rectified through the phone.The agency have received bad reviews for things that was clearly obvious and written down in they're tenancy agreement and even at the application form, so I would take no notice of them. If you go by their rules and keep they're procedure in mind, like every other businesses you will find that swift goes beyond than what they need to.Our family is very content and happy with the move! Recently used Swift to manage my property that has been rented out. From the word go Ben kept in contact with me and explained each process to me which he explained to me in a way that I was able to understand easily. He was very professional and responsive with all aspects of correspondence. Outstanding service from Swift, they helped us find the apartment of our dreams! Definitely the best letting agency in the area in regards to replies and queries. All viewings were fast and we always received a response from them. We have moved into our apartment now and it was a nice touch to have Vanessa from the agency to contact us on the day of the move to wish us the best.Thank you again to Ben and Lydia for always getting back to us with viewings. Swift offers an excellent all round property lettings and management service, they are always professional and are experts at what they do. The customer service is always very good and any requests promptly actioned. The team have all of the necessary skills to assist with residential and commercial property dealings and have built up a reputation over the years built on trust and a great delivery of service.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Swift - they arranged a viewing and then sorted all of the paperwork out incredibly efficiently and I was able to move in to a beautiful property in next to no time. Brilliant customer service from everyone I've spoken to and dealt with. Efficient, friendly and professional. Would recommend to everyone!

Don't be put off by the bad reviews on here, they are not an accurate description of swift. I found them to be very professional, always fair to us as tenants, but also looking after the landlords, which I respect. Throughout the 2 years we rented any problems we had were dealt with quickly and the staff (particularly Vanessa) were always very friendly and helpful. Once we'd left and the inventory was done, we were contacted about there being marks from Blue tac etc left on some walls. I didn't want to go back to the property because I had other unforeseen commitments, so I agreed for a cleaner to be arranged. At this point I was dealing with Ryan from swift, who honestly was so easy to talk to, very professional and kept me very informed. I've been charged £55 which I think is fair as I was given the opportunity to return to the house for the return of my full deposit. Swift look after their tenants and also the landlords and are a very pleasant team of people to communicate with. I highly recommend!

We have rented from Swift since May 2019. We have rented two properties from them and both were high quality and lovely homes. If we ever had any problems we contacted Swift and they arranged someone to sort it straight away.They are very professional and will do everything in their power to make sure we are supported and that whilst they are there to support and work with their landlords they also assist and work with us as the tenants so we feel comfortable in our own homes.We are sad to leave Carmarthen and Swift, as we wanted to live in the last house we rented from them on a long term basis, however work commitments were taking too much of a toll when it came to travelling.I want to also add that Megan and Lydia are two of the best individuals working in Swift and they really did make our experience that much better.
