FAKE VITO EXPERT and PARTS SUPPLIERAvoid Radu and his fake Vito expert and parts supply. Fake 5 stars reviews.1.I took my rare W638 2.8 V6 van to this guy after their nice adverts all over eBay. He never gets his facts right as such he could say it was a 3L van or 4.2 if it suits him.2.He could not supply a part for my Vito for months. He never supplied it. In the end I simply made payments for something he could not tell me. I insisted on a refund.It became a matter of Radu avoiding me. it wrecked my life. AVOID AVOID AVOID. there are a whole lot of Vito reliable repairers, Vito restoration and parts suppliers out in London, Lincoln and Sheffield. Posting world wide3.After 6 months of chasing Radu and his fake team up day and night for answers, they claim I was pestering, they used their racial excuse of being afraid of a black man who desperately needed answers as an excuse to stop working on the vehicle. They claim there was a gun mentioned with no proof in all the many texts, they conveniently stopped working on my van.Upon collection A mechanic at Halifax confirmed by taking parts off the vehicle to prove Radu did no work to the vehicle. I have this proof in pictures and text. Pure fraudsters.4.I have met so many people with similar stories, a year later Jude Parker had the same experience and result to Trading Standards and Courts for a resolution. Avoid them at all costs, they are lairs and argumentative, no one has time for that. A word to the wise ....AVOID

Radu and his team are great - I’ve used them for a few years with our Vito Camper van. There’s no job they can’t do with a Vito! Friendly, great service and unbeatable prices.

Very knowledgeable about all Mercedes-Benz cars, not just the Vito. High quality work, professional service, very reasonable prices. Excellent body shop, I had the car facelifted to a later specification and resprayed in a new colour. Everything was done to the highest standards including thorough corrosion protection. Extremely bad customer service will definitely never go back or recommend anyone to use these cowboys. Very rude and full of attitude once I had paid him £2750 and collected my Vito after engine replacement. Had to spend over £700 on repairing faulty components, oil and coolant leaks and loose bolts . Can’t believe how he sleeps at night.PLEASE STAY AWAY HE’S A FRAUD

Fantastic job done, really really pleased, you and your team turned my boring 57 plate 3.0 V6 mercedes viano into a fantastic looking vehicle. My front end looks fantastic now after the conversion. I really don't know what to say, but thank you so much. I will see you soon for the bumper doing. You were also so accommodating letting us take shelter from the cold while we waited. You and your team are again fantastic. A big thumbs up.

I've been using Radu and his team for around 6 years on 2 separate Vito's. Always finds time for me and does quality work at a fair price. A proper mechanic rather than a parts fitter.

I was worried about taking my Vito here having read a negative review, and showed it to Radu. He was very upset and puzzled about it. I accepted the risk and took the plunge. He did the full refurb job.It was outstanding. Done at the price promised and quicker than he anticipated. He kept me in touch with dozens of photos and updates. The quality when I collected it was superlative - way beyond my expectations, and he had done two or three extra things on his own initiative without charge.I have enjoyed giving my P reg Vito an extra lease of life: my only regret is that I have no excuse for doing it all over again.I recommend him and his colleagues without hesitation.

Radu has done a fantastic job on my 07 Vito he has done a 2010/14 face-lift with Brabus front bumper and dynamic front indicators with D.R.L. had no issues with placing a deposit with him . He's a good guy and his work is good. I have no problem recommending him, I will be having the rear bumper fitted next year for sure.
