Claire Parkin Interior Design

My husband and I are extending our lounge to create a kitchen/ lounge. We had a few ideas but were really stuck with colour ideas and how best to use the space. Claire was so patient and put us both at ease. She listened to everything we asked for and was patient in helping us create designs that met our needs. She was also practical, recognising we didn’t want to replace everything we already had, it could have been an awkward conversation but it wasn’t. Claire creates beautiful homes that are also practical and homely - it was exactly what we asked for. Thank you Claire! Can’t wait to share the final pics with you!

I can't recommend Claire highly enough. Not having any confidence about colour or interior design, I was a bit worried about getting in a professional. Claire was a delight, putting us at my ease and answering our silly questions about what walls to put wallpaper on. She helped us see the rooms completely differently, with tips on lights, colour and curtains.After only 2 visits we were able to go off and get decorating. We transformed the bedrooms and bathrooms, and are delighted with the result. Thank you Claire

HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDClaire visited just the once to understand my style perfectly. She used my own things but suggested a few choice pieces, a lamp, the rug, the cushions for example within my budget. Wow! The overall look took my open plan lounge to the next level. Claire has a wonderful eye for colour co-ordination. She helped me choose curtains and once made, put them up beautifully. Claire is amazing value! I am not much of a photographer and these pics do not do her justice. I am truly delighted and recommend Claire highly!

Claire’s design for our living room was excellent! She utilised the space to create great storage & a brilliant colour scheme which incorporated our current furniture. We love all of the soft furnishing ideas & different options depending on our budget. Thank you!

Claire Parkin did a whole house refresh and interior design for us. She was at all times professional, responsive, easy to deal with, and always transparent about where in the process we were and about costs. Cost and time budgeting was very good with no embarrassment in discussing cost. The product" in terms of design ideas and quality was very good. Claire has created an inspiring vision for our open living / dining room that has surpassed our expectations. She is wonderfully warm and welcoming, approaching the ideas for our home with care and consideration. She took time to understand what we like (and don't like) and how we'd like the room to function in the future. She was supportive and non-judgemental given my lack of confidence in what to do with our room and everything she did for us was incredibly high quality.
