Andrew was very professional and helpful and managed to sort the issue with my TV very quickly. He was also very responsive and generous with his time, offering to pop by as he was driving in the area which made life very easy for me. He's very reasonably priced and pleasant to interact with and I will definitely be using Andrew's services again in future.

Everything was very well explained in a friendly manner, and I was provided with clear options for repair, as well as helpful suggestions on alternative brands that are more reliable.I couldn't ask for better service or value for money. I needed Andrew’s help in an emergency situation on a Sunday morning after my PC had crashed and I was not able to finish a job that had a deadline. Andrew immediately offered his help and quickly and efficiently brought an ailing PC back to life, thus enabling me to resume work later that same afternoon. During the process of diagnosis and repair he constantly kept me updated about the progress he was making. After completing the repair, he was also able to provide further assistance in helping me sort out some software issues that revealed themselves after I had taken the PC home. And finally, he happily gave me some advice regarding replacing my ageing PC and my old laptop with newer machines. I also felt that Andrew’s fee for all this work was very reasonable. Very pleased with the service.
