Loved this place so much! Normally ate at the Whitechapel branch, but this branch is such a step up! The atmosphere was so lovely. Came on a Sunday around 1pm and the place was packed, so had to queue for around 10ish minutes to be seated but it didn’t feel long at all. Staff come to check up on you in the queue and also when you’re seated as well.Seating was comfortable, with cushions on the booth seats but also cushioned chairs as well. Ordered two english breakfasts, two lattes, a fresh orange and two free tap waters which set us back around £40ish. Prices are slightly higher than the Whitechapel branch, but we were happy to pay because the food is amazing and the vibe and size of this place was so lovely. This branch definitely feels more like a brunch/restaurant spot, whereas the Whitechapel branch is more like a cafe. This place is definitely great for everyday breakfast but also somewhere special to eat with friends and family.Food is Halal and has great veg options too. Definitely coming back!

Popped in to check out this new place in my area. I’m so pleased Bow Road finally has a high quality coffee and food place! Just had a quick coffee and a croissant but I will be back to try the breakfasts. The decor is stunning and the atmosphere is warm and buzzy. The only negative was a bit of a wait for my coffee but that will not put me off becoming a regular here.

Had brunch here with a few friends. So pretty inside and the breakfast and french toast was beautiful! The staff were amazing too! Will definitely go back there! Parking is a little big of an issue but the station is right near it! Definitely try the matcha latte with caramel/vanilla syrup (cant remember what syrup) and oat milk!

I went to the Aldgate branch and knew I had to try the new branch in Bow. And it did not disappoint!!I went with my family. Great interior and atmosphere and fantastic service!!! Everyone is so friendly :)The meat was cooked beautifully and the dessert was 10/10. The coffee and baked goods were fresh and delicious. Food tasted amazing and was cooked very well. Everything is of high quality and you can tell the owner payed attention to all the details.100% recommend and we will definitely come again. Thank you to the staff and owner for your great hospitality and kindness.

Found a cool new spot in Bow! Tried breakfast and brunch a few times with friends, and it's been awesome every time. The food is amazing, coffee's good, and they've got a big selection of homemade pastries. The place looks really nice, and the folks there are friendly, always checking if everything's okay. It's been a delicious experience overall. Only downside is it can get pretty crowded, so watch out for long lines!

This brunch place opened new.The interior (as others have mentioned), is the real selling point. The previous building which was a Barclays Bank, has been converted into a beautiful restaurant. Theres an open kitchen and you can see the chefs working hard in the background; the green walls perfectly compliment the retro seating and tables. The lights are bright and illuminate the spacious restaurant.I love how the front of the restaurant is mainly glass so you if you’re passing by, you can peak inside and then end up eating there a week later (didn’t happen to me obviously). We were greeted by a friendly waiter, chose our meals and were served within 15minutes. I purchased the mexican pulled beef burger (everything is halal by the way) and my friend chose a jerk chicken burger. My burger was really nice: 4/5. Sweet and slightly spicy and wasn’t too sweet. It had flavour and was quite messy - as you’d expect a burger like this to be! The fries were really good and had a perfect crispy outer layer and bite.My friend’s jerk chicken burger wasn’t amazing..it’s more of a 2.5/10, edible, but wouldn’t try it again. The sauce reminded me of a cheap bottled chilli sauce that I bought from Tesco once and it was drowned in it.It is quite pricey, sitting at around £13.95 for a burger and fries, but given the interior, cleanliness and quick service, it is worth it.I’d come here again to try their breakfast menu items.

Went to Grounded for the first time and had some amazing food! We had eggs royale and scrambled eggs with turkey bacon. Both were delicious, wonderfully presented and to top it all off, Smail, our waiter blew us away with his service! Definitely stands out compared to all the other staff! He deserves a promotion! Thanks Smail!

I made the decision to go to this recently opened restaurant that was formerly a Barclays bank. I was greeted by the owner. The decor was stunning, and the restaurant was packed. I had the halal full English breakfast, and while the food was good and tasty, I was not impressed with how hard the sour bread was. The restaurant was packed. I will definitely return after 3 p.m., which was suggested. Both credit cards and cash are accepted. TInside the shop, there is even a waiting area.
