This salon is beautiful, everyone so friendly, first class service, Charlotte is brilliant, love my extensions & colour, always made to feel most welcome, loved it at Christmas when I was given toasted marshmallows! Thanks to all of you,, a great team!

As a regular of the Aesthetics Solihull Salon I didn’t think that could ever be topped.I’m totally blown away by the Henley in Arden Salon. The interior design and tranquility of the garden have been thought out to perfection.I highly recommend Andy, an exceptional Creative Director with personality in abundance. I’m delighted to entrust my hair with him. This salon experience is like no other. Today I'm leaving feeling fabulous and full of positive vibes. I was bullied and decided to grow my hair. It became very important to me. It was long and thick and healthy. The stylist here hacked into it and ‘thinned it out’ without being asked to. I have half my hair left it looks like a rats tail compared to the beauty that it was. She told me not to panic. It will take me years to grow back. I got measley £200 pound back refund but the upset she has caused is priceless. I hope she loses her job if the management have any sense. They slipped up massively. Money over matter. I’ve also been in here and booked a stylist and she then leaves me and goes off and gets busy with others because they have limited talent. Not worth it unless your local and desperate don’t bother

I was not sure that they cut men’s hair here but they do. I am always made very welcome and Shannon is brilliant at her job. Highly recommended and the coffee is great too.

Amazing hair salon! They use great products and have vegan-friendly Pureology here too. Staff are great - I've always felt welcome. Been coming here for years and still very happy with my cut and colour. They do the best glam blow dries here.There is also beauty upstairs for nails and facials etc. Such a pretty place too.

Amazing team of hair stylists. I have use many of the team in both salons over a few years, and I have been impressed every time. They will take the time to discuss what you want, and use their experience to determine what will work best for your hair. They wont compromise your hair health to get the results you want, and will always find a way to achieve your desired outcome. Results always exceed even my expectations, and I've genuinely never had more compliments on my hair. You guys are the best!

Shannon is excellent. In addition to my new colour she introduced me to glitter strands. I get so many compliments which is lovely.

Owen is the best, I trust my hair in his hands! Lovely place to go, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
