Needed to shred loads of confidential documents. Rang to find out what the arrangements were but got an off-putting answering service. Karen, the owner, rang back later and from then on it was excellent. Took boxes of documents to their recycling centre, Karen filled their official sacks and they were shredded the same day with a certificate sent by email the next day. Very reasonable price.Service was 5 star, giving 4 due to answering service.If you ring and get answering service, just ignore it and persevere till you get Karen.
