No gas for 7 days. No one picking up the phone been waiting 90mins have rung everyday no one picks up at all. Emergency line can't help just send a message and no one gets back to us absolutely disgusting what are we meant to do.In response to your reply I have rung that number to get a delivery, I spent two hours ringing that number with no answer today and still no definite delivery date

No gas at our home (family of 7)since Thursday 7th April despite being contracted with Calor for auto top up and having sent two emails in March warning of impending run out. As of 10.10am Friday 15th April 2022 still no gas. Unbelievable. Distribution centre just 70miles (1.5 hours) away.No heating or hot water for 8 days plus.What next ????David

Commercial business - a pub - have run out of gas 3 times this yearthe auto order doesn't work, you spend over an hour on the phone - no one answers. 3 days with out gas. called & emailed rep - not replyworst service ever - am moving to FLOgas

Gas delivery is 2 weeks late and we are empty, hours of holding on the phone to be told that we theoretically have 2 weeks of gas remaining and a delivery will come - it didn’t.Emails to customer services - polite answers but nobody can tell us anything.Calor monitor tank levels remotely and presumably can read a weather forecast / have experience that it gets cold in winter every single year and more gas is required.Why is every year a surprise? They have had 8 months since our last top up to add at least some amount to ensure we don’t run out in winter.This is the travesty of the LPG near monopoly.

They changed their phone number, gave the wrong number on not 1 but 2 different answer phones. Then they say they are open until 6 pm on the website but actually they shut at 5!

The representative assured me that the empty Lpg canisters from the previous owner of my property would be collected 1 month ago and gave some stock excuse about being busy because of the cold weather. I asked when they would be collected and was told we don't really do collections". "What should I do with them?" I asked? "Sup to you" came the reply. What sort of customer service is that? It's not my contract or my property
