Brilliant design installation and aftercare. Super happy with our kitchen, fitted with care but quickly & efficiently. No problems with getting things replaced and the fitters pointed things out that we probably wouldn’t have noticed. We are very happy…….we just need to decorate now!

Absolutely love my new bathroom. Had an existing bathroom and toilet made into one room and new bathroom fittings installed. Andy was so helpful in terms of the design and suggestions for the component parts. I was a bit worried when he suggested the company could make some bespoke units as I thought this would be likely to be beyond my budget. It wasn't and so I have some lovely bespoke ///touches including a large storage units for towels etc. and a recessed shelf in the shower wall for toiletries.All the teams of workers involved in the installation were courteous, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am beyond thrilled with the end result and can confidently say that my kitchen has become the centerpiece of my home, thanks to their expertise and dedication.

We had a new kitchen and bathroom designed and fitted by KDS of West Bridgford recently. All the staff we met in the Showroom and the workers were very friendly and polite as was Andy, the owner, who visited us to measure up and advise with the best options available.We had the kitchen fitted first by father and son, David and Dave who did an excellent job removing the old units and old tiles before fitting the new units, work surfaces and all the plumbing work. Their work was neat and tidy. The kitchen cabinets, drawers and work surfaces are excellent quality; strong and well made. We purchased our own oven and microwave combi oven which was connected by Ian, the electrician, again another polite and friendly chap who also connected the hob and overhead extractor fan as well as some new power points.Our bathroom involved removing the bath completely and installing a false wall to form a large square shower cubicle plus a sink and vanity unit the other side of the false wall where the end of the bath used to be. We love it! Simon, the joiner/plumber, worked really hard ensuring everything fitted well and worked properly. He built the partition wall which was installed with the shower tray on day one after his assistant, Tracy, worked wonders removing all the tiles and bathroom furniture. Simon fitted the shower, toilet, sink, vanity unit, a heated towel rail, 2 mirrored wall cabinets, a roller blind plus towel ring and toilet roll holder and boarded the floor; nothing was too much trouble for him.Although the removal of the old tiles created mess and dust, it was all cleared away neatly and swept up daily. The stairs and hall carpets were covered with a plastic protection before work commenced. All the tiles, old bath, toilet and sink were taken outside and piled up ready for removal by Paul, I think his name is, who did a thoroughly neat and methodical job of sorting through the rubbish for recycling and left no mess behind once he'd left. He also removed the rubbish/debris for the kitchen; a lovely, friendly chap.For three days, Pete the tiler, did an amazing job fixing the tiles (we purchased ourselves from Tile Mountain) in our bathroom which went around some tricky corners too. We had all the walls tiled floor to ceiling. His work is very neat and accurate and he worked tirelessly to finish the grouting before it dried out because the weather was very hot that week. I provided them with a large pedestal fan as there was no shade in the bathroom. Ian fitted an extractor fan to the ceiling directly over the shower which extracts through a hose in the loft and out through a vent in the soffits. He sourced this for us and it works really well; no steam and it is quiet.Lastly, but not least, Rob fitted Karndean floor tiles in both our kitchen and bathroom and they look and feel fabulous. We are very pleased with the flooring and Rob did an excellent, professional job. He visited us before the kitchen was fitted so we could decide on the type of flooring we wanted.Overall, we are pleased with the kitchen and very pleased with the bathroom because the bathroom is completely transformed. However, we did have a couple of issues which have all been resolved but some took a bit longer than we would have hoped. Our biggest disappointment was the cancellation of our scheduled date for the kitchen refit with less than 48 hours' notice. We weren't in any particular hurry to have the kitchen done but we had emptied everything out so had to manage for an extra 2 weeks before the work commenced. The hob splashback was the wrong size so we had to wait 2 months for one the correct size to be fitted.As I said, overall we are pleased with the refits and we still intend to have our downstairs toilet refitted by KDS at some stage.

We decided to update our kitchen and called KDS Kitchens for a design and quote. Andy, their design consultant, came, measured and designed our new kitchen. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very importantly listened to what we wanted. His quote was very competitive and we decided to go ahead.The kitchen is now complete and we love it. Everyone involved in the fitting of our kitchen, floor and worktop were very polite, clean and professional. We absolutely love it and are just waiting to get it redecorated.We would highly recommend this company so if you are looking for a new kitchen give them a call, you will not be sorry.

We are really happy with our new kitchen, it looks amazing, a complete transformation. Andy came and helped to bring our ideas to life and gave us a great quote, The kitchen fitter Jack did a good job, and after a few snagging issues we now have our dream kitchen.Our only criticism, were issues with the builders that came to complete works that were required before the kitchen was fitted, they were independent but came recommended by KDS. Without going into too much detail, we would strongly suggest sourcing your own builders.

Amazing service. Bathroom design is perfect. All work was done on time and to a very high standard. The workmen were lovely guys and so helpful. We are very happy. Completely recommend these guys.

I received excellent service, from the off Andrew was friendly, understood my vision of what we required in our family home and presented the options with no pressure. We are so pleased with our new kitchen. Friends and family have all commented on the look and finish. We are now using Andrew to quote for our bathroom now. * Update - received quote at weekend and was able to beat the price of a competitor so we are moving forwards with this project and looking forward to working with Andrew and the team again.

Absolutely love my new kitchen designed by Andrew at Kitchen Design Studio. He suggested a whole new design and layout that works perfect and even incorporated an Island that I've always wanted. From design stage to completion was the matter of a few weeks and the fitting team were so professional, gave suggestions along the way and left the kitchen tidy at the end of every day. Great service, would highly recommend.

Brought a fridge freezer today from kds. Amazing responsive and friendly. Andy was fantastic and I had my appliance in less than an hour!! Andy helped to lift our appliance to the first floor too. I’m so fgreatful and happy because I didn’t think I would get an appliance within a few days let alone less than an hour!! Would recommend and buy from here again definitely. This is the best customer service and response I’ve had in my lifetime so far. Thankyou & Well done Andy, your a ⭐️
