After suffering from upper back, neck and shoulder pain for many months it was suggested I book myself in Balancefor a sports massage. I had the most amazing massage from aimee last week! I suffer from a really stiff and painful upper back and neck from the nature of my job. I can honestly say it was made the world of difference I feel like I’ve got a new back!! I was really apprehensive getting a massage as I didn’t know weather it would help me at all. It really has helped me get back to my best form :) I will definitely be going back too Aimee’s cute little massage room soon and those magical hands!!
