Ordered some Volvo Penta annual service parts and they arrived next day, very helpful and efficient. Needed some clarification over oil for saildrive and Jerry talked me through options and also gave advice on other areas to consider when servicing engine, very knowledgeable guy, much appreciated.

Excellent service from Jerry. Ordered a muffler for my Volvo Penta engine and Jerry suggested other parts that should I should consider changing at the same time, rather than placing multiple orders. All well packaged and shipped to Dubai.

I ordered a propeller from FYB having spoken to Jerry for some advice. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Jerry also advised me that due to Brexit and Covid orders from Volvo were taking longer, but he would do his best to complete my order and Fedex it asap.My problem was that having anti fouled my boat is was due for re-launch before Christmas.Without a propeller the re-launch would need to be postponed, which the marina were not happy with due to other bookings for cradles, etc.During the process Jerry went out of his way to keep me updated on orders progress. My order was delivered well before Christmas and the propeller is now on the boat.A huge thanks to Jerry and his team. Excellent customer service.

I was sailing in a fairly remote area of the Caribbean when one of my Volvo engines started playing up this was shortly followed by the second , I called a local mechanic but he seemed unsure of the problem . I looked on line and found a web page from Falmouth Yacht Brokers ( Fyb ) which described exactly the issues that I was experiencing with the engines , I called Jerry , and what a breath of fresh air , he went through the problem with me , assured me that he could help , he diagnosed the issues over the phone .He arranged to send parts , and within 3 days we had the parts , fitted them as per Jerry's instructions , we now have two working engines . Great service , and a terrific guy , can't recommend them enough !

I found FYB Marine on google and ordered two full service kits for my Volvo Penta diesel’s. The service I received was first class as I had a few issues that I needed help with. On calling FYB Marine I spoke to Jerry who gave me excellent advice, even sending me downloads for my engines and talking through things while I was on the boat. To be honest I couldn’t have done it without his knowledge of my engines. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Don't use to by anything off them via the internet! -Company also known as fyb marine.Placed an order in March for a Gulsweep £50 and had to pay £12 postage for a express courier, this turned out to be ParcelForce.The parcel was apparently delivered to my address and signed for by me when I was not home (nor was anyone else),parcel is lost or stolen.This company have been nothing but uninterested in my parcel going missing/being stolen,I am told by the sending company it is out of our hands

Excellent when it comes to competence and a very nice and friendly service. FYB Marine and Jerry realy saved us when we ran into trouble on our way to the Med. Bank holliday approaching and we called some 10 companies with no luck. FYB Marine responded and solved the problem with a smile. If there would have been six stars I would have gone for that rating too.

Exceptional service from Jerry and the team (especially Dave). Our 48ft motorboat had an engine problem whilst we were on holiday and the first two engineers I called said “can’t help” or “too busy this week” meaning our holiday would have been ruined. Jerry gave me excellent advice over the phone, including letting me call him at any time and spent all of this time without any expectation of paid work - genuinely trying to help me out. When I wasn’t able to solve the fault myself, Jerry made his team available to sort our problem immediately (it was a full day’s work) and at a very sensible price. He provided a mooring for us, helped with lines etc - all much appreciated given we were manoeuvring a heavy boat on one engine in a current. FYB seems to have an excellent stock of spare parts, and at low prices so I know who I will be talking to when it’s time for my next service. Can’t understand these reviews that say Jerry didn’t respond or whatever - that is so completely out of character to be completely unbelievable. Speak to the guy yourself and you will see. A gem of a boatyard.

We stopped in Falmouth needing some parts for our broken generator, and thanks to their excellent and swift service we were able to continue for Biscay on the very same night. We just arrived in Spain and the generator is running like a charm.

I ordered an exhaust elbow for my D2-55 engine and Sarah in their parts department was extremely knowledgeable and ensured I had all the kit I needed to make the swap. This is critical as the boat is in Spain away from engineering support. Shipment arrived 24 hours after ordering. Can't beat that. Thanks!!
