The company come across as disorganised. Originally arrived with the wrong blinds and wrong fittings, they are slow at getting back to you with queries.Had a major fault with my blinds and never got a resolution.After a short while the blackout blinds I ordered bowed at the edges and are not fit for purpose. Initially the problem was checked and acknowledged with a promise of new blinds.. then it all went quiet and my calls were unanswered.Very friendly chap but aftercare is 0/10 once he has your money..

The whole journey with Paul & Clare has been first class; I would highly recommend them to anyone; their service, the quality of the blinds and the installation have all been great, the blinds fit perfectly and look great; their level of service and the quality of the blinds represent really good VFM.

Family business, run by a very nice couple.Paul was friendly and knowledgeable and supplied a very fair quote, I didn't hesitate to go with them. Blinds fitted yesterday, brilliant job, am very happy with them.There's a lot of blind companies around, but I highly recommended this one .

Came home to our lovely new blinds fitted by Paul. Paul went through all our options when we chose them and gave us different prices for different types. No pushy sales and good advice received on meeting. Quick turnaround time which was fab.Thanks very much.
