I honestly can’t rate M and M pest control enough. I was really ready to have a breakdown after discovering an infestation of bird mites in my daughters bedroom they were everywhere. He was so patient, kind and helpful. Booked me in as soon as possible, messsaged me late when I was panicking, repeated answers to my thousands of questions after I had forgotten about them and located the problem. From being a very anxious and stressed out mum, I’m now happy and relaxed and I’m beyond grateful for all of his help. Really fair price, super super friendly and really reassuring. THANK YOU!!

Had a rodent issue in early August and Alex visited on a weekly basis and on the 2nd visit he had pinpointed problem areas and his colleague fitted a drain rat flap and after the 4th week the problem was fully resolved. Very polite and attentive service from Alex, thoughtful and tidy. Would certainly recommend and use again if needed.

Superb service. Called Alex about a wasps nest in my loft. He came out the next morning and sorted it quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Polite and friendly chap. Can't fault, highly recommend.

Really appreciated Alex’s knowledge and expertise. I would really recommend Alex for all areas of pest control . He sorted out an ant problem and it was reassuring that the products he uses are harmless to both humans and pets.An excellent and pleasant service, highly recommend .

Alex was very professional and punctual when arriving to sort out a wasps nest in the eaves of my house. Explained that as it was Infront of the property I should use another exit or remain inside for a few hours until the numbers of wasps started to dwindle.Alex also said he would come back and respray if any wasp activity was happening after 4 days or so. Phoned after 5 as a few wasps were skulking around the entrance site still, Alex came and resprayed and was very polite and happy to do this.Would highly recommend!

Alex recently attended our Lodge at Chester . We had an issue with Cluster flies. The service he provided was excellent from start to finish . Good communication , explained all various procedures and used the correct one for our circumstances . The result no more cluster flies . I would recommend this company for any pest control issues . I was very impressed with the prompts, professional and efficient service from Alex at M&M pest control in dealing with a very large and active wasp nest. He also gave a lot of very helpful advice on management of other pest problems around the farm. Highly recommended for all your pest control needs. I also found him very good value compared to other similar operatives in our area.

I had been having a nightmare with a mole in my garden and had already tried various methods to have it move somewhere else, but to no avail. Alex responded to my email in a timely manner and visited within a few days. He was brilliant, within half an hour after he had left the mole was caught! No more messy garden. He was so helpful and friendly and was reasonably priced too. I can highly recommend him - if you have moles don't do anything but call Alex! It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration if i had initially!
