Had an issue with my water cooling and graphics card, was able to bring my PC into the shop and get both water cooling and the graphics card replaced same day for a reasonable price.Very polite, efficient service and would highly recommend!Will differently be going back to them for future computer related issues.

Water spilt on MacBook, they got it sorted. It took a couple weeks as they sent it off. Was a bit worried throughout the process as when I asked for updates they said they’d get Info but never didn’t until they had it back working.Good price, got the job done!

Great professional staff, very helpful with a quick turnaround - I took my Desktop in thinking the worst that it would need a new hard drive because of crashes and slow running. Very quickly told no new hard drive needed, the original software was reinstalled and I took the opportunity to upgrade to Windows 10 all for a very very reasonable price!I don't think you will be disappointed if you try them.....

Over the past couple of months I have had problems withe my lap-top. In each instance it has been dealt with successfully & within 48 hours by Megabyte at a very reasonable cost. I can't recommend the service provided by Megabyte too highly.

I recently had a problem with my iPad, which was dealt with very quickly and professionally by Michael at Megabyte for which I was very grateful. I have used the company for several years now and cannot rate the company highly enough not only for their reasonable charges but for the great standard of service received.

This shop and service is without question just excellent! Took my laptop in this morning which needed a new hard drive and received it back fully operational within a few hours! Service and advice was second to none and Micheal was a pleasure to deal with! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and as always, great to support an excellent local independent business.

Fantastic good value service from Megabyte and Jason. They worked their skills on my unreliable HP PC and it is now working perfectly and faster than before. No longer having unexpected crashes or blue screens. Very grateful. Saved me hours of fiddling about and the cost of a replacement. Fully recommend.
