Do Not Use this garage, I brought a car from them recently, within the first few days there was already a problem with it so I took it back, since then it’s been nothing but issues with the car and trying to get it sorted. In total for the days it had to go back to be sorted the car has been there for 2 weeks, I’m self employed so those days I also lost money as I couldn’t work. The most recent problem, is a fault with the exhaust and the catalytic converter, this is the second time it’s been back for this issue, may I add the first time they told me there was no problem and then the day I picked it up it came back with even more faults. I went 3 weeks ago to tell them and to try and get it sorted, I was told they would contact me when the parts were ready, 3 weeks later and still no contact so I’ve had to go and spend £500 myself to get the parts needed and to fit myself, only to be then told they wouldn’t reimburse the money I’ve spent due to their own lack of customer service. Will never be using this place for anything again. AVOID THIS PLACE, quite happy to take the money for the car but then don’t like sorting out the problems

Can’t recommend this garage highly enough! My car broke down and the AA dropped it off there. They found out the problem that day and gave me the quote, before getting the work done within two days, despite not pre-booking. The price ended up being less than the original quote, which is always a bonus and I plan on using these guys again in the future.

Been servicing and MOT ing my car for years wouldn't trust anyone else with really good price and Lisa is a star always helpful

Just wanted to share my excellent experience from start to finish on purchase of Toyota Yaris. Receptionist Lisa most helpful in getting back to me swiftly after identifying my requirements. Andy handled the sale with extreme care, helped in speeding the preparation of the car. Andy kindly gave me a lift in to the garage once we had arranged a suitable time for collection.The car was valeted to a high standard and given a service with 12 month MOT. The car is also covered by 3 month warranty included in the sale. I would highly recommend them, they are great local small friendly business. Thank you Andy and your team. 5 Stars.

And I would be quite happy to say that they provided me with the best customer service by far. Booked a test drive, drive for 2 hours to try the car. They had cannibalised a part off the car (an exhaust sensor) which meant the car didn’t work. They then said can you leave a deposit and come back next week.I do not recommend this cowboy garage (my opinion).
