I tried their peri peri grilled chicken, medium spicy & it was very tasty. Biryani is good as well. However, chicken curry & lamb curry are a bit bland. Overall, it's a good place to eat in & and take out.

I was the only customer; chips were put in at the same time as doner even though doner takes longer to cook. This resulting in my chips being cold as soon as I received them. They tasted like old oil as well. Lamb doner lacked flavour, texture was bad and portion size was small. Lamb doner was also cold as the bun was only put to toast once the doner was cooked. Really disappointed, usually go to spice hut but thought I’d give this a go.

This is a really good restaurant for the first few days it's been opened. I've been there to buy Lamb Donor and it tasted amazing! I'm glad this restaurant took over the old Grill Hut, the old restaurant had a poor hygiene rating, bad quality food, and rude chefs/waiters, this is a very good replacement with Kind employees, and good food! Would recommend! Food there is also cheap!

MAM GRILL HUT - first time trying the new venue which was previously known as the grill hut. Since under new ownership, the eatery has had brand new interior which is vibrant and welcoming, far greater improvement. The tables were clean and plenty of seating was available. As a group of 8 we were attended to by the extremely friendly staff. Menu items are plentiful. We opted for the grill chicken platter with 4 lamb chops grilled chicken wings and 2 large sides. Food was prepared fresh and succulent. Flavour was spot on. The fried chicken was fresh and extremely tasty. Customer service was really good with all requests being catered to. On a separate occasion we ordered takeaway and the food was just as good! A great new addition to Goodmayes. Well worth a visit.

New place in the neighborhood so we decided to give it a go.We had half of peri peri chicken and chips. The chicken was good juicy and full of flavour. Fries were all right. The portion was satisfying. Overall it was a pleasant cheap meal.
