Nice mannered staff helpfull and respectful to all customers, including all the school kids that use the store

I got to the spa at 7 when it’s meant to be open to get my mum a card and it was cold.

It's a small shop with the very basics.

Shop website says its open at 7:30am walked down at 8:30am to pick up a few things and the shutters where down with no sign of opening anytime soon. This is the only shop in Kimylies area so you would of thought they'd have the decency to open on time.

Shuts way too early! Online at in store it says it is ment to shut at 9:45pm (still random and early) but most of the time it’s shut by half 9.It’s the only shop in kymillies and you can’t get another free ATM unless you go into the town

I wasn't that happy when coming home from the spar and realizing that the lady at the checkout, nor did she give me my receipt or the rest of my change. I was meant to pay £4:45 and I gave her a £10 note, what I should have gotten back was £5.65 but instead I got 65p. I couldn't really do anything about it since the lady didn't give me a receipt, but just to warn everyone else Check how much change you get back and always get a receipt. I also always got the right amount of change back but this time I didn't and I am very disappointed, that's the same with my receipt that's why I didn't really count the change I got back as soon as I left the shop.

Great shop, has the best staff! Loads of great food and good deals! There hot food counter has a wide range of foods!Also has fresh cakes, ice cream machine, slushy and coffee machine

Brilliantly stocked with items. Great and polite workers and they have great tasting slushes (picture linked with review).

I phoned to ask about their ATM and even though they were busy the assistant went out of his way to be helpful and informative. Big thank you - what a difference a caring attitude makes :)
